Went in for some snacks and restroom. As I was getting into line the clerk left the counter to help someone with a problem at the fountain machine. Problem is he stayed there to fix whatever problem there was, even after that customer got his drink and was now in line behind me. He even went and got a ladder and was poking around above the machine. Its been a long time since I worked at a K but they always told us if you are alone stay at the counter. Just left my stuff and walked out.

Horrible place!! Staff is too busy talking to each other about basketball instead of helping a line of costumers. To top it off the store is a total reck. Sloppy floors, horribly dirty and unsupplied bathrooms. This is a terrible location and management needed to be rethought. Time to add a zero star button. One start is generous.

I paid for gas and the pump 4 was broke
Staff didn't know how to refund my money

My family and I have been traveling for a while so gas and restroom breaks are on the agenda. Went inside and the restrooms said out of order which I find very confusing because everyone knows the old trick to keep from cleaning the restrooms. Do better please and thank you.
