Small female (supposedly mgr) doesn't know how to speak with customers. I tried explaining how the Sip&Save auto renewal for those of us who manage it online....AFTER she charged me for a new membership. She legit could care less. I further explained that I wasn't trying to be hateful or hostile and yet she was as rude as she could be. Smdh....I feel for those having to work with her.

We need to fill up for the ride home. The pump was kind of slow. We both ran in to use the bathrooms. No paper towels in the ladies room. Ugh Wanted to get a lotto ticket (since they are illegal in Alabama) and a bag of chips. Waited and waited a and waited while one couple bought a bunch of lotto tickets Finally put my chips down and walked out. My spouse was already in the car and I knew he wasn't going to be happy about me being another 10 minutes.

Nice location, good selection of items. Bathrooms were dirty with no toiler paper.. luckily I didn't I need it. The lady whom was at the cash register was being quite rude to the customers, including me. She may just have been having a rough day, but that is no excuse. Overall I may come back if it was convienent to me, not gonna go out of my way.

Stopped here on our way out of NOLA. Very convenient to interstate, and easily accessible. We didn't go in the store, so I can't comment on that, but pumps were updated and working. Always a plus for me! Would stop here again!
