I was going to rent a truck from them but I just spoke to my friend and he said for me not to rent one. He had rented a truck that the defrost button didn't work and he called them several times. They are not doing anything for him. Thank you Myk for letting me know your experience.

17 hours agoNEWLet me tell you about my current experience the vehicle I have right NOW.....We got this piece of $#%*, 9 Days ago Three days into those Nine the knob for the thermostat popped off. How? Well it was glued on get this with a STICK like tree branch. Called the office to explain this dilemma and the guy who answered couldn't even find us in the system. Maybe vet the people working for you because it gets better when I called said they call me back no call. Did I say I was traveling across country because I have been, with no defrost capabilities. Driving with windows down when it is freezing outside, raining, storms called costumer service same kind of lazy neglegence as the guy who works there. He went around the vehicle showing what other customers had done. Not one time did he check the inside if he had he would have found this. Due diligence is needed everywhere NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION we almost crashed because of no visibility customers service is slim to none so don't bother taking that route either.

Call to try to get information about running a truck felt like I was talking to a brick wall no response had asked the same question repeatedly couldn’t give me any information very unprofessional

Made a truck reservation a month ago and Budget cancelled my reservation 2 days before my move because they claimed they had no trucks available, the employee at the counter told me it was because Budget rents all their trucks to postal carriers for the holiday season and dose not care about honoring individual customer reservations. Terrible customer service practices by Budget, I will be back.
