I bought a phone that Nick told me was an upgrade from the phone I had. Not only did it not include several key features of my old phone, the fingerprint sensor was broken. When I went to return it two days later. Which was well within the 7 day return policy, I was given attitude by both Nick and the other associate. I was also charged a restocking fee and they refused to refund the activation fee. The associates were also extremely rude and acted like I was running up all Karen style in the store. Nick even told me I wasn't his momma I couldn't tell him what to do when I asked him to not be rude to me.

They tell you they don't have the plans they advertise for a cheaper price and force you to get a $40/month plan w/ 15gb vs the $30/month with 10gb. I don't need 15gb.And if they advertise an 35g plan for $40, why can't I get that one.Workers don't even wanna be here to help.I got the plan anyway because my other data service sucked.

Ok for a quick way to get cheap phone and service on a low budget but the phones are super fragile give will break in your back pocket. All and all though the will get you back in rhe know for now

This store is changing ownership and employees constantly. During the recent hurricane Zeta, they turned my services off and explained I was elder and disabled with 6 grandchildren with no electricity, the guy said, maybe you should try to find a friend to loan you money to pay your bill. Seriously, they need better associates who know how to respond to customers with a lil compassion. Freaking hilarious dude.Today is in reply to your response , they totally screwed up my family plan and its very frustrating bcuz no one can explain why we signed up for the family plan 4 lines for 100.00 two lines were restored and the other w lines had to be added to the plan we signed up for 2 years ago. Not even a supervisor could give me an answer as to how the plan 4 lines 100.00 2 lines get turned on, the other 2 have to be added?! How do they have to be re added when they were part of the original contract. It's very frustrating. I feel we should compensated for a free month. We also tried yo upgrade a number that never been updated. The records indicated there was an upgrade on that particular line but no one received a new phone. This is the worse and most frustrating experience that I have ever gone thru. Im totally disabled and can't get proper answers. Seriously considering switching providers.

I visited the store on yesterday to inquire about an iPhone upgrade and wanted to switch service from metro to boost! The young lady Molly I believe was checking computer for the latest promotion which was the iPhone 8 which is at the end of its life cycle. I was looking in the case and noticed the boxes had renewed on the boxes, I asked her to explain that, she said with a very nasty attitude, it means just what it says, she didn’t try to upgrade me just assumed I wanted that outdated iPhone 8, she was rolling her eyes, her disposition was nasty, so I went next door to Metro PCs and spent 500.00 with Alex. I do not recommend this Boost Mobile as long as she is there. She doesn’t care at all about customers and my money spends wherever I go, don’t assume people don’t have any and settle for that trash you were offering! Don’t go there, she’s a slim girl, looks kinda oriental. I will never do business their, not even to buy a charger! This happened yesterday about 10:00 am. Horrible

DEAR BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMERSI ADVISE YOU ALL TO STOP GOING TO THIS BOOST STORE WE ARE ALL ENTITLED TO OUR OWN OPINIONS AND BASHING ANOTHER COMPANY IS DEFINITELY NOT MY INTENTIONS BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS IN PARTICULAR BOOST STORE FROM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CHARGING PEOPLE $45 FOR A SIM CARD AND THE LIST GOES THE LIL YOUNG ASAIN GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER SHE BE ACTING SPOOKED LIKE SOMEBODY TRYNA ROB HER SUMN! GO TO THE BOOST BY THE OLD MALL 2179 GAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST!

Boost mobile has given me many years of good service. Totally happy with them. I went into their store just the other day to pay my bill and I happened to ask the rep there about their phone upgrade program.That's when I became unpleasing Lee aware that a up grade phone would cost me 140.00. And my phone is over 5 years old. Before I spend that kind of money on a up grade I can get a new one for just as cheap. So that kind of disappointedMe in boost mobile and actually found out I can get a free new phone or a 5g phone for switching and coming out of pocket 125.00.So iam debating phooey on boost or go get the free phone, all in all, boost better get it together.
