Actually ZERO STARS. would never recommend. They only care about acquiring new accounts and not loyal customers. There are cheaper providers with better customer service elsewhere.

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. They were on a text chat with the owner the whole time. Nick was extremely disrespectful. Misleading info about the phone during purchase and then an excessive amount of time to do a simple return.

If I could give a ZERO star review I would. Went in to get help, at 125 Gause Blvd., with a system error caused by Boost and the employee, only one there, was completely useless. I tried to explain my problem and told her Boost Customer Service told me to go to a store to fix the issue. She acted like I was bothering her bc I had a problem CAUSED BY BOOST! She said she couldn't do anything and I would need to call customer service to figure it out. Guess since I wasn't starting new service and wasn't buying a phone she could make commission on, she didn't want to help. If don't like your job, best option may be to find another.After being on the phone with Customer Service for 20 minutes the issue was resolved. The Customer Service Representative said the store I went o should have and could have resolved the problem and was very apologetic.

For future reference if you have a old Boost Mobile phone and you try to go to Boost Mobile and activate that phone you will have to pay the money 1st but if the phone do not work or they cannot activate it can I activate it that's money that you would not get back I get back so I lost out on $70 los trying to get my old phone back. It's been about 3 weeks and no manager called me and apologized to me both mobile sucks

Most Boost locations are short handed and lacking. Took close to 3 hours; I went for an upgrade + pay monthly payment (which I usually do over the phone but I needed a new one. Most of my wait time was due to the rep conversing about any and EVERYTHING. No problems at all with Boost service tho?.
