I needed to replace my Iphone screen because it suddenly stop working, and for the screen replacement it would cost $160. After I declined and went on Amazon, I realized I could buy the screen replacement with a kit to repair it myself for $30. I'm not sure what it's like to purchase other products from here, but for phone issues you must stay away. (they even charge me $10 to inspect the phone). I am deeply disappointed with my service here.

Make sure you take pictures of your phone from every angle before bringing it in to get anything fixed or serviced.... went to get a battery replaced now my screen is cracked and they're trying to tell me it came in cracked.... and they can't even admit to their mistakes

I contacted my BP local store for information in regards to replacing my OEM battery on my HD Road Glide Special. After answering some standard information, a recommendation was offered and I confidently placed my orders online for in store pickup. Customer Service was friendly and very knowledgeable. I got my battery without any issues and details were explained concerning the warranty and returning the core for a rebate!

The worst place to get a battery or any kind of service. They do not honor the warranty and do not want to properly check the charge on my car battery. I was told it was too difficult to reach and that I could purchase another battery and put in myself. I have lifetime battery replacement for my key fob and have spent a great deal of time, effort and money with this business. Just honor the warranty and replace the car battery.

Wish I had option to put zero stars. Let’s start off by saying Christine was rude from the jump. Talked about us to another another customer while we was in the while trying to make right the decision on what battery to buy. She acted as if she knew what she was talking about and sold us 3 wrong batteries and one dead battery. Told us what the return policy was and that if we had any issues we could return. When we called the store to inform her the batteries were wrong and one was bad she instantly got an attitude on the phone and told us she couldn’t make the return. Not to mention the employee was definitely acting “strange”. Will never do business with them again. Manager was no better same nasty attitude horrible customer service skill.

I will never recommend anyone to this store I build golf carts and they could have had a lot of potential business from me with batteries but my first experience at this store was absolutely horrible and very disrespectful and they will not work with you after selling you wrong batteries with returns or swaps I mean it was literally disgusting how they treated us I will never step foot in this store ever again I do not recommend to anyone you have better chances and way better service at your local autoParts store

SHOUT OUT FOR THE GUYS AT THIS STORE!
Here of state on vacation. I forgot my camera charger :(
Tried to find all over the area and this was last resort. The guys had to call me back 3 times saying "We might have it" which turned out to be the charm! I took their last universal charger which they said may no longer be available! Seems to be a shame to do so. First Popeyes stops serving cajun rice after teasing us for a month then takes it back forever so they say! If it sells why not keep it!
But thanks to BPB who saved the day for me!
