“After being quoted $300-$450 for a windsheild I came across Richard's Auto Glass. I had never heard of them before. He quoted me much cheaper, and I was in & out in 30-35 mins. Call for an appt first. It's absolutely beautiful and so clean. He also does windsheild repairs for much cheaper then anyone in the Slidell area. Definitely wish I would've found him sooner. “Every interaction I’ve had here has been fantastic — from the owner, to the service technicians who’ve worked on my vehicles, to the friendly staff at the front desk (shout out to Andy for his fabulous customer service ALWAYS!) . Their rates are very reasonable, and they’ve always done exactly what they said they would. They stand by their work, and I’ve never had a single issue with anything they’ve repaired or serviced from major work completed with a rear differential replacement all the way to just stopping in to have one of my 37” tires plugged from snagging a nail on the road. Heck, even if I just have a mechanical question Andy has always been there willing to chat.
What really sets them apart is their honesty. They don’t sugarcoat or try to upsell unnecessary work — they’re straight with you, and that means a lot. On top of that, they’re friendly, genuine, and just good people. Honestly, these have been the best experiences I’ve ever had at any automotive service establishment in my adult life. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Mr. Lucius worked me into his schedule on short notice (the very next day at 6:00 a.m.). I was having my Toyota Venza detailed so I could trade it in for a new vehicle. When I got to the dealership and they were looking at my car, they said it was a beautiful, well maintained vehicle. Mr. Lucius made that happen because the car was in desperate need of a cleaning. It was so clean and shiny that it looked lake a new vehicle. He also gave me a military discount which I was very happy about. I will definitely bring my new car to him when it needs detailing.”
