“Mr. Lucius worked me into his schedule on short notice (the very next day at 6:00 a.m.). I was having my Toyota Venza detailed so I could trade it in for a new vehicle. When I got to the dealership and they were looking at my car, they said it was a beautiful, well maintained vehicle. Mr. Lucius made that happen because the car was in desperate need of a cleaning. “I needed some body work and paint on my 03 Ram Dually, stopped by and talked to Darren the owner. I decided to let them do my work. A couple weeks later, I went to pick up my truck, and Wow!! Looked Great. Very pleased, good price, attention to details, awesome job. I went ahead and gave my other Dually to paint, and he knocked it out the ballpark. Hand painted stripes and all. These guys are Awesome, Best around....I would highly recommend.”

“My mom and I were on the way to New Orleans from Tallahassee when we realized something was wrong with her gas gauge (possibly her gas tank). She has a Honda and we pulled off the highway in Slidell to have them take a look at it. Chris in service was quite possibly the kindest human on earth and got her car up on a lift quickly. There ended up not being anything major wrong with the tank so we weren't even a lucrative client but that did not stop Chris from being helpful and gracious. Perhaps the best car service experience we've both had, ever. Thank you, Chris!”

“I had brought my 2010 Cadillac to many places to try to get my Cadillac fixed. No one couldn’t figure it out. I stopped driving my truck because I was so embarrassed on how my front suspensions was thumping, squeaking, and rattling. . This was an ongoing issue for 3 years with my truck and I waisted so much of time and money to bring it to other shops. So one day I decided to bring it to Pro-Auto in Slidell and they got me RIGHT!!!! They had my truck for only 3 days and they fixed something that other shops couldn’t do in over a 3 year span! So I recommend this place highly! Nice customer service and very professional indeed!”
“Earlier part of the month I was having battery problems & Called for some much needed advice on several issues that I was having with my car and store #8077 located on 190 & Airport rrf. Has has BEST customer service rep named “ cowboy” Who went above and beyond and assisting me in my time of need . I’m getting my car back on its feet basically & not only did He treat me very respectfully and was very knowledgeable and his professionalism was outstanding. The store manager should be proud to have such an enthusiastic employee in cowboy I recommend he gets a deserves and a definite definite five star rating with a RAISE !!!!!! “I will 10/10 refer Gerber to a friend or family. my experience was nothing if not terrific. My vehicle had extensive damage from a collision caused by a careless driver. The extent of the damage caused me to be without my car for six weeks. Gerber estimated one month, however one part was on back order. My personal insurance would cover the cost of a rental car for just one month. Therefore, Gerber contacted the rental company and covered the additional two weeks. The team at Gerber was quite helpful and communicative...so much so that I became on a first name basis with them. I cannot express just how wonderful both Valencia and Ali were/are. The two of them made my experience as pleasant as possible while going through such a trying time. I was blessed to have them to deal with.
