Today at the Slidell store my husband and I had great service from Damon, he helped me with my tablet. He was very gracious and did not treat me as a old lady with silly questions. Thank you Damon!

Was lied to about how long a replacement phone from Asurion would take by the store rep. The store rep told me the next day between 7pm-9pm but when it did not show up, I called Asurion and was told it would take 24 hours - 72 hours for my claim to be processed and only then would I be informed if my claim was approved for a new (replacement) phone. I will be canceling my AT&T with First Net phone plans soon.

They are the devil. I'm on collections bc they kept messing up my bill and workers would say "oh my goodness, no way! You shouldn't be getting this $700 bill" then turn around and say "it's just provisions" finally when I saw my bill was going to be drafted over 900 for only 5 lines...I dropped and now all our phones plus the 900 plus dollars it's in my credit. I was told my bill was only suppose to be around 300 at first and then down to 260 but that never happened it was over 700 then over 500 then over 400 then over 900... they lost all my respect.

Young man came to me as I walked through the door. Told my problem, he immediately fixed it. Very knowledgeable, 12 year employee. Took pride in his work. I left with my phone as of it were new. Nice to get this kind of service.

After leaving the Airport Rd location I decided to stop with low hopes of getting any help with new phone less then 2 weeks old Robert opened the door for me with a smile and asked what can we help you with? I was pleasantly surprised!!! He took the time to listen to the issue sat me down and went above and beyond to make sure my issues where resolved before I left the store I've been a long time customer and this was by far the best customer service I have received in store We will definitely be doing all our businesses at this location and if possible with Robert in the future

I couldn’t connect my headphones to my iPhone. Geeks quad had factory reset my phone and deleted my SIM card. Locking me out my phone. And Andrew was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly how to fix my phone and I was in and out in 30 minutes. He’s the man if you need any help definitely recommend him.
