Extremely terse and quite unhelpful. Called for a 12 dollar part and the lady on the phone that couldn't be bothered.She offered a $320.00 service to look at the machine and offered no alternate source for the part. If this shop comes up in your search results, keep scrolling.....

Earlean was wonderful! I was looking at the Cutie Quilting Frame and she was extremely knowledgeable about it and explained it's features and functions clearly. The store was well organized and had items I hadn't seen in other stores. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
