Terrible customer service!
First of all their chains stretches 2/3 inches after awhile. I took a broke chain to fix they dod not communicate it well and after it was back from repair the chain was too long. They said this was the length they received it at but then never communicated with me or I would ask to cut the dang chain. Its too ugly! Who wants a long 20 inch chain with a small pandas?! They wanted to charge me another $60 to return to repair and cut it. The cheap necklace didn't worth that much ! Will never go back to Zale for any purchase or repair

went to visit my long-distance boyfriend in shreveport and ended up stopping into zales to look around at some rings. I believe the associate's name that helped us was kristen - she was phenomenal in helping us choose a ring that suited our relationship and budget. it was such an amazing experience for us as a couple and I'm appreciative that zales was able to make it even more special for us.

This is the second time my husband and I have been to this location in st Vincent mall and have been treated horribly. Beverly was rude to the point of seeing the rudeness in her face along with the tone in her voice. We are so sorry to be such an inconvenience after literally spending thousands of dollars with this company! I do not expect very much in customer service these days but I do expect to be treated better than we were treated. I would not recommend buying from this location or going there to have anything done. I am so very displeased to the point; we will find another zales location to do our business.
