Reps seemed to be available but took a while before someone asked to help us. A sign in system would be more customer friendly than having customers walk in and hang out until someone decides to assist them.

Had a phone by Xfinity told them I was going into hospital so stop my severe till I get out. They said pay 50 dollars and I did. My bypass was the next day then I was told I had to pay 600 dollars and cut my phone off

Exchanged some bad cable boxes , and the staff was very friendly and quick on exchanging them. Everything works great now. Their internet is the fastest available, we love it.
