Very pleased with my grandmother’s program. Mr. White and staff were very professional and friendly. They accommodated us and got her program done in a very short time frame. Mr. White was very courteous and hands on throughout the process. Whites printing has also handled several other family members programs as well!

The programs for our church’s 141st Anniversary exceeded our expectations. We (the Sunset MBC of Texarkana, Texas) hope to have a long-standing relationship with White’s Printing and Graphic Designs.

White's Printing was recommended by the funeral home we used. The funeral home provided a sample of thier programs and the cost. We decided on White's Printing because we wanted a smaller 6x8 program and the pink floral print matched our mother's pink floral dress that she would be resting in.When we first met with Rodney on a Monday, he was nice. He mentioned that he and our mother were church members and that he would honor our mother with a beautiful program. We weren't aware that "honor" meant overcharge. He provided the sample of the program on Thursday night (the funeral was on Saturday) which looked slightly different and larger than the pink floral design that we requested. But this was okay, the progam was decent. The issue came with the invoice that we received the day before the funeral on Friday. The funeral home advised that his price per program was $2.50 (which was more expensive than other printers, but again we liked the design and size of his existing programs). His invoice came out to $5.93 per program. This was a shock to say the least and it completely destroyed our already strained budget. When we questioned him about the price his attitude shifted from the nice man that we had met earlier that week to a shady mean person trying to make us feel guilty for questioning his price. His exact words were "if you do not want to honor your mother with a nice program, I can try to make a cheap program. But I can't promise that it will look nice. And if I make the cheap program then you can't go back to the nice program that honors your mother". We have never been more insulted. This is a man who proudly expressed that he enjoyed going to church with our mother. We asked him what was the cost driver for the program. He a said that the cost increased because of the following:- they had to photoshop the photos- use of personal photos- arranging the photos on the page- glossy paper- 10x14 paper sizeRodney is a snake. He said the young lady who works for him (probably a teenage family member) had spent hours photoshoping the pictures, she basically applied Instagram filters to the pictures. There were no special effects or touch-ups done to our photos, this was all just BS. He mentioned that because we used our personal photos there was a fee, I asked him who else's photos should we have used then? He said that we used 13 photos so arranging them on the program was a part of the fee, it is literally his JOB to arrange photos on a program. Additionally, the smaller program that we requested could accommodate 15 photos. He mentioned that there was an upcharge for glossy paper (which we did not request). When we asked for other paper options he said he only uses glossy paper. He said that we would have to pay for the larger 10x14 program because he customized the program (which we did not request) his design would not fit a 6x8. That's when we asked of we could just use the existing pink floral design that we had initally requested. This is when he shot back with "if you do not want to honor your mother with a nice program, I can try to make a cheap program..."It was too late to try to find a new printer. Rodney had backed us into a corner. We could only afford half of the programs that we had planned to get which means that many people who attended the service and family members who couldn't attend due to COVID did not receive a program. The most stressful part of my mother passing was getting programs printed. Everyone else from the funeral home to the burial site were completely professional. Rodney White chose to be a greedy snake (that's the nicest way to describe him). The death of a loved one is stressful enough. I would not recommend White's Printing & Graphic design if you are seeking a printing professional who is transparent, fair and reasonable.I've attached a copy of his invoice for clarity. Please don't allow this man to take advantage of you. The funeral home that we used is no longer recommending him as a p

Absolutely do not use this company. So unprofessional. The owner is rude and extremely disrespectful. After the owner got frustrated about me complaining about the misspellings and mistakes his company made on the program, He happily told me that he could not serve me and and provide obituaries for my brothers funeral. Mind u this was at 11pm the night before the funeral.Stay way from this company and use one that has more compassion for people burying their loved ones.
