They hadn’t even looked at the truck by Monday the 25th. So, we picked it up and took it to Southern Automotive. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 48 hours. Super friendly service with years of experience. We sure do appreciate them!”
“I am commenting OUTSIDE of what the discount tire franchise mandates. Made an appointment, came in, line out the door but my truck was in the bay under an hour. Every employee I observed was clean, spoke well, professional, and precise. I can tell someone in the leadership was military. The manager was working just as hard as his employees. The professionalism of this team is superior for shreveport standards. The facility was good and clean. Didn't seem like a nasty old tire shop.”

“I have been here twice!! The first time, I got my brake pads changed, which they did very quickly and at a very reasonable price! Today, I went due to potentially needing a new wheel bearing. They were incredibly honest and let me know that my wheel bearing is fine rather than make extra money to change it! Also, before they checked it, they quoted wheel bearing changing prices a quarter of the price of another shop I called! They have been so fair each time I have gone to them, and they have not taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge at all!! Highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs. I will be using them every time I need repairs!! Great prices and great service!!!”
“They patched one of my tires a couple of weeks ago, and it's still going strong! I was there yesterday, March 11th, and got top notch quality service. I drove in on a flat donut tire, 80 bucks and barely 10 minutes later, I left with a new tire and some stress relieved. I will be getting my other three replaced here.
