Well where do I begin? Got into a crash July 3rd. Didn't get my car back until August 24th. But the the length of time wasn't my issue, it was the fact that they constantly pushed back the date to pick up the car. How am I suppose to rent a car when you change the date TWICE a week? Even my agent was annoyed with the lack of consistent communication. The day after picking up the car, I found my car dead, the battery was completely dead and had to buy a new battery which was another $260. The only reason for two stars, is they paid part of deductible which was pretty much the cost of the battery. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY OFFER CUSTOMERS 10% DISCOUNTS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS.

All got was lies about how long my car will take to get finished. It's one of the lady needs deliverance of lies they work together with the insurance. I will never ever bring a car there ever again. U be waiting months before u get a car. It's sucks ???? I'm so disappointed and frustrated
