I needed to have a simple question answered and called 4 times (each on hold for approximately 4 minutes) one time even asked for management and not a person thought my time was valuable enough to pick up that phone. I will definitely not recommend this location. Kroger is usually pretty good in my experience, but this store needs to learn a sense of urgency.

Today while shopping I attempted to ELECTRONICALLY get back $20 in addition to my purchase on my debit card. The machine told me they were charging me .59 for this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I’m scanning my own groceries, I’m bagging my own groceries, I carrying my own groceries to my car and NOW YOU WANT.50 for me to get MY OWN MONEY FRO YOUR MACHINE???????? I have been a customer for 40 plus years and TODAY IM FINISHED. There are other stores that will appreciate me?

I a Kroger girl. but today I am beyond frustrated. the young man needs to learn how to bag. 4 large glass jars were put in one bag. I unliade and headed up to house. guess which bag ripped. 4 large glass jars hit the pavement. now I must go back and repurchase.
