Impossible to get ahold of manager after several attempts.
Situation: a diverse diversity youf employee not wearing nametag was disrespectful and threatened to have me killed after I asked to speak with a manager. Then called the pawlice, shrieking into her phone "customer hawrassing me!!!!!"
The air was thick with pheromones, pawlice sirens and diversity, so I decided to continue to pursue the matter and talk to the manager (impossible).
Update: anyone else having trouble finding the manager, contact Walmart's Ethics committee.

Cashier could have been a little more nicer in electronic department She acted as if I was bothering her when I asked her to unlock case for phone holder rang the item up twice I bought it to her attention she was really looking ugly in the face then. Op 000016 TE 67 TR 03230 ST# 00278

The return policy is not clear , giving many reason to deny my return that not stated in the return policy, tried to speak to the store’s manager, went to time to see that manager , they say not here now .

The stuff is unfriendly, rude and not helpful most of the time. I have had a very few that were friendly while checking me out. I do not like the self checkout. They watch you like you are going to steal something. Need to find a new place to shop.
