In case this review doesn't get to where it is supposed to be , I wrote it a about the Walgreens inside the Brookshire's at 3620 Pine Road in Shreveport Louisiana
This pharmacy was previously a Brookshire's pharmacy and is still located inside a Brookshire's store . When it was Brookshire's , it was the best pharmacy that I had ever been to and done business with . The pharmacists were the best that I had ever had the pleasure of requesting prescriptions to be filled by . Not too long ago , Walgreens acquired this (and other Brookshire's)pharmacies . Previously , when Brookshire's ran the pharmacy , it was the most efficient , professional , well run , and friendliest pharmacy that I had ever been to . If there was a medicine that was short of the amount written on the prescription , the pharmacists would order more and it would be there the next day . Because of government interference it is believable that scheduled medicines might be hard to find . That is somewhat understandable . I turned in a prescription for reflux medication and one for allergy medicine over a week ago and am still waiting for them . Another medicine , for insomnia , which is scheduled was turned in on 05/02/24 . They had 5 of the 30 pills for the prescription and sold them to me . Today is 05/18/24 and the balance of the prescription has not yet been filled .

By far the pharmacy I have ever seen,they treat people like trash. And are so unprofessional.They never have all of meds ready at once . They never have any of my meds in stock.

Horrible they are extremely rude. Never have medications and want you to wait weeks for asthma medication they never have in stock. Worst expierence ever.

Horrible terrible pharmacy lazy and don’t want to work and they stand at the counter talking about customers while lying to them to avoid work and then try to rush off the clock after doing no work sad

Without a DOUBT, the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my entire life. Waited in line TWICE and at least an hour both times. They had my prescription for 7 HOURS!!!! 7 HOURS!!! and couldn't figure out how to fill it in the system. Mind you, we just had surgery that morning, and we were in ALOT of pain!!!! Finally got my scripts back, went to Airline drive, and they had it in the system and filled in 15 minutes!!! The people at this place have FAILED MISERABLY and need a lot more training!!!!

They are the worst. I’m pregnant my doctor called in my meds ,them “ion see non fa you” just the way I wrote it. I drive up there “we don’t got non” my mom goes inside tell them “look my daughter is pregnant she needs her meds !!! Them “oh u wanna come back” my mom “no I’ll wait. They never even pulled the meds up. Like they’re trash, rude, ghetto, inconsiderate,don’t wanna work people. I wish I could give zero stars ??

My doctor calls in pain meds that I really need and the person on the phone says we're working on it now give us a couple hours, I come back a couple hours later and the forgot they haven't had that prescription in months!!!!!!!!! Now my doctor is closed and I'm suffering because your staff flat out lied to me. Close all Walgreens you are harming people

This by far is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The blonde lady at the drive thru was rude and not to mention took three cars before even answering us in the other drive thru line as if we were a bother to this lady. She was rude when we asked to pick up our medicine and then hung up intercom on me when I asked why they weren't ready so I rang back and she rudely says they will only fill it if we go wait inside another 30 minutes then she hung up on me again mid sentence I tried telling her they after told on me the phone at 12 they would be ready at 2pm and it was almost 4pm. They need better service people here.....
