Walgreens on Mansfield Rd. Has the worst pharmacy that I have ever tried doing business with . They were very rude and dishonest and lied . My experience was a total waste of time you're better off going somewhere else because these people are useless and I curse them and hope one day they need medication and get the run around like they did me with their lies.

This Walgreens Pharmacy has always been a 24 hour pharmacy. I drove all the way there at almost midnight on a Saturday night only to find out they have started closing at 9pm on the weekends. The internet and their phone service still says open 24 hours. Why have they not updated their phone service and internet hours with the correct hours? So frustrating!

You can drop off a prescription, after waiting in a very long line. You will be told when it will be ready only to find out it hasn't even been filled when you try to pick it up. Very unreliable service. If you have to use this pharmacy, be prepared for very long waits.

By far the slowest pharmacy in HISTORY. I honestly believe one of the hiring requirements is you have to work super slow.

I dropped my perception off at noon. Was told it would be ready in a hour an half. Well I waited till the evening to pick up after 5! Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to get to the window to tell me its not ready and that I needed to come in for another 30 minutes to wait. Why when I gave over 4 hours to get filled! Please explain. This is so uncalled for as a paying customer.

My little wife had a crainoplasty to replace the whole left side of her skull and came home on Saturday with 150 staples and lots of pain and swelling. Amanda, the pharmacist during the afternoon shift has repeatedly refused to fill her pain meds because she says that it's NOT an emergency. Our insurance company even called and spoke to this pharmacist and reassured her that we were not doing anything against the law or fraudulent. My wife deserves this?

The customer service in drive through at this location at approximately 4:30 pm is not very friendly and do not Explain Anything!!! They EXPECT You to Know Everything! After being in the Customer Service business for over 20+ yrs I cannot believe what I am hearing!!! You do Not want people to speak to you in that Manner but you have the audacity to Speak to others who are keeping you with a job! Learn how to help one another and Speak to one another! Life and Death are In the Power of the Tongue!

My prescription for pain meds was called in at 11 o’clock in the morning. Went to Walgreens three different times after that and still had to wait 30 more minutes. Finally got my prescription at 3:30 this afternoon. They certainly don’t get in any hurry to help people. Improvements need to be made with this pharmacy! I was in so much pain, but they didn’t care. Other visits have been the same, but I wasn’t in such a desperate need for help on the other visits.

Waited for 2 hours between inside and in the drive thru for them to tell me that my insurance wasn't accepted at Walgreens. They could have saved me the wait and told me when I went inside. Horrible customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dropped my prescription off at the pharmacy OVER a week ago and yet to have get it. First two times I went to pick up they " lost" my prescription. Last two times I went the drive through and inside line was 10 people plus. RIDICULOUS. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY!!!!

I have had a HORRIBLE experience every time that I have gone to pick up a prescription. They’ll notify you to tell you when it’s ready for pickup, but when you get there, they’ll tell you they don’t have a prescription for you at all. On the days where they actually do have your prescription, you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour because of how slow they are. They don’t apologize for the wait either. Very unprofessional as well. I’m so glad that we recently changed pharmacies. Will not be shopping here ever again.
