They're known to be expensive, but from my experience, they present you an itemized bill of what they recommend in treatment and care, let you make the final decision on what is necessary for your animal, and they work with you on paying your bill through Care Credit. Everyone I met is extremely kind and patient. Their facility is also clean, light, and airy. They helped my 12 year old dog go from being in chronic pain to acting like a new puppy. I really enjoy them being transparent on their credibility and knowledge. If they don't know the answer to a question, they don't bs you, and let you know they'll find the answer out and work to do so. I'll always trust their care and expertise above anyone else here. If you're hesitating on going to them, don't! You won't regret choosing them to care for your fur baby.”

“My 53 pound bog got into rat poison. We called the vet's office & they said come in now & bring the rat poison. They were waiting for her.It took her a long time for the antidote to take place, so she was given more. She finally started vomiting until her belly was empty. The vet tech took care of cleaning. Up the entire room. We had to get her RX at the emergency room vet. She was happy to walk in the parking lot til the RX was ready. She got home & drank. a lot & then ate her dinner. It was a great experience! We return in 14 days. I'm grateful for the staff & doc. I've been going there about 15 years.”

“Dr. Treadwell and her staff are amazing. I have a very grumpy old cat who won't let our regular vet do anything with him, so I had to take him to SVIM. He had diabetes but wouldn't let anyone check his blood. Took him to SVIM and his sugar was 21...so he probably would have died with his next insulin shot. Thankfully, his diabetes was transient (keeping fingers crossed), he has a touch of chronic kidney disease, and is doing fabulous for an 18 year old guy. Dr. Treadwell will find what is going on with your pet so you can get him/her treated. I had an amazing maine coone who had liver failure, a huge bleeding ulcer and very rapid heart rate around 2005. He had 3 paws in the grave and one on a slippery fish, but with God's help, Dr. Treadwell worked tireless to heal him. She allows God to work through her, and that is why she is such an amazing person and a very talented vet.”
