Ridiculous. I've been waiting on a package over a week. I've been tracking it and it was supposed to be delivered today. I have been literally at the window waiting when I track it on phone I get a message saying Delivery attempt was made at 11:17 a.m. but there was interference with an animal. A TOTAL LIE!!! I AM RIGHT HERE BY THE DOOR. THERE IS NO ANIMAL. There is a cat and it's asleep in the back bedroom. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Now I'm left with answering services and automated operators.

Most areas you know around the time your mail gets delivered. Not coming from this station. Sometimes it's 3-4pm or it could be 8pm. This location not even open at this time. Why our mail gets delivered this late? Oh, maybe because it's always a different employee. It's very frustrating and such an inconvenience.

Employees have always been friendly. This review is about a mail delivery person. The mail delivery person already made his normal deliveries, however about 2:30-310pm. I spotted a mail delivery driver speeding down my street. The speed limit is only 10mph here. And this person was going between 25-30mph down my street. So please inform this driver that the speed limit in Linpark Trailer park is only 10mph. He was driving way too fast for me to run out and slow him down. He's already made his deliveries here. Did he miss someone and decided to blow down my street (Concourse A) to fix his mistake before quitting time? I'm very disturbed about this!

Unreliable mail. you’re lucky if it gets delivered. And don’t put it past them to LIE that an attempt to deliver was made, bc this is the THIRD time I’ve waited and waited and waited only to find out at 9pm it’s at some post office.

We live in a gated community & for whatever reason they keep attempting to deliver our mail at night, even after continuously seeing the gate is closed. They mark our packages as unable to access delivery location, will attempt to deliver the next business day, yet again come late in the evening hours. You’d think they would realize they would need to alter the route or something. How does an entire neighborhood continue to go without mail for days? Yet prices are raised, and we pay delivery of packages within specific days that we do not get. Didn’t you guys just get raises also? I can understand missing 1 day, but this is ridiculous.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had an expensive package missing for several weeks now and when I went in to ask questions, I was told that my package had left the facility already and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I am pretty sure that they stole my package since it has been “in transit” and marked as “missent” for several weeks with no update.

My husband was killed in a car accident over Fourth of July weekend. We are 31. So sudden is putting things mildly. After a couple of days and in a total state of shock I wondered in to the post office with the thought that I could just get his mail out of the post office box he hadn’t had a chance to add me on, with no key. The ladies that were working that afternoon were life savers. They met my confused, broken gidderish with compassion, patients and understanding. They helped me figure out how to get his mail, what to do about the box, and also helped me look for my Dirvers license that I somehow keep losing and did so twice while in there. I don’t remember their names but too those ladies. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me and my family. God bless you both! Thank you.

Employees are not friendly and almost rude.Being a postal work is an important job and comes with responsibility. If you don't like your job, give it up to someone that wants it.Tried to meet with the station manager but received conflicting information. One employee with short hair said he was at lunch, another with long braids said he was gone for the day, another said he had not been at work all day.Does anyone know what's going on? Maybe that's why our mail is inconsistent and takes 2 weeks.Based on the Google and Yelp reviews this is not a new problem. Will it ever be addressed?

Employees are clueless. Asked to meet with the station manager. An employee with long braids said the manager was not in all day. Another employee with very short hair said he was at lunch at 2pm, than when I asked again at 2:40 he was gone for the day. I asked for the name of the Post Master and the post office employee said all she knew was her name was Janna. No last name or location known. How embarrassing and ridiculous to be employees to handle something as important as the mail and you don't know where our local or superior boss are, their name or location.
