Honestly, I am really disappointed with their ability to answer a phone call. I’ve tried calling at least 5 times just to talk to a human to figure out when they pick up things from office depot. If you didn’t want to answer the phone you could’ve left it off the hook, then people wouldn’t have to sit through the phone ringing just to get hung up on. Idk just personal opinion.

I hate it when my packages end up here. They either disappear and are never seen again, or end up weeks late. It is the Bermuda Triangle of USPS mail / packages.

I buy, sell and trade so I ship from all over and get packages all over. This office consistently makes my packages late. They will arrive to their facility on time, my package will sit for a day, have plenty of time to move through the network and still not arrive on time. This is the 5-6 package I've had this issue with. It's summer/spring/fall and it's been consistent. Can't wait to see what 2024 Christmas is gonna be like. Even other bigger cities who are distro centers do a way better job.

My passport experience was simple, easy, and quick! I got the photo also, and it was all extremely pleasant! The lady handling my application was kind, humorous, Respectful and professional. All in all, my appointment went extremely well. I was able to go in on the weekend without any issues.
I overall had no issues, and didn't see anything that the other reviews pointed out either. It's possible they got new staff, or maybe I got lucky, but just note that you can have a pleasant experience applying foe your passport here, don't be concerned about the reviews!

This is the worse usps distribution to exist, I have filed a case with the OIG it seems once my package reaches here it will take 3-5 days to leave if it ever does. Someone here is 100% stealing mail I’ve lost 3 parcels in 6 months TO THIS SAME FACILITY only thing left to do would be go oversee their activities 24/7 while I’m waiting for a package but who has the time for that

I had 2 strokes with limited use of 1 hand and foot. My husband had upper back surgery and he is getting ready for his 2nd surgery with limited mobility.
This is a picrure of our bended box and limited room to pull a box out of the mailbox.
Please look at pictures of our delivery yesterday.
Thank goodness there was not a break in the product.

Horrible. I had a packed shipped from Dallas to this location which should have been sent to me. Instead, it was sent back to the Dallas location after sitting at this location for 2 days.

What amazes me is no matter how respectful and courteous you are to the employees of this location, their responses are always given with an eye roll, they never turn their heads toward you when speaking to you. These aren’t civil servants, these are people with a god complex for reasons unknowns to us peasants.

How in the world did they route my Priority Package from here to the state of Oregon instead of California for "today" delivery when it's impossible now because of their own routing???

I shipped a package to the west coast. It was delayed at the Shreveport Post Office for a few days. When it arrived at its destination, the Priority box had been opened, emptied, and taped back up. I can only assume Shreveport USPS has thieves working there.

1/27/24: still no word from post office regarding missing package.1/25/24: USPS sent me a text notification that the package that was scheduled to be delivered January 25th via Priority mail (for which I paid an exorbitant fee) was delivered in/at my apartment complex mailbox at 6:19 p.m. When I went to the mailbox to pick it up 20 minutes later, the package was not in the mailbox, although the other mail that was scheduled to be delivered that day according to my informed delivery account was in the mailbox. I sent a message via Facebook to the USPS, and the rep sent an email message to the station manager. Today I received a reply: the regular mail carrier did not work yesterday, and the route was split between two other carriers. The station manager was supposed to talk to the mail carrier that delivered the mail to my apartment complex, but of course I haven't heard anything further yet. This is only the latest in a long line of problems having packages delivered to me via USPS. The packages are either delivered late or they're not delivered at all, and I have to jump through hoops to get a replacement or a refund for whatever I had ordered. The days of the USPS being able to reliably and accurately deliver mail and packages are long gone, and those of us who still have to depend on them are just out of luck.
