As others, have stated the hours on the door states 4:30. I arrived at 4:13 and they had already closed the metal doors. Please update the hours to reflect the actual closing time or remain open until the posted closing time.

Deserves zero stars Time is a lie I came at 4:00pm and they said they were close when it says they close at 4:30pm?? that’s why I never come to that post office ☺️?

The sign on the doors say open at 8 am but we could hear people I. The back but the front was not open this was at 8 23 Am March 16 2024

Who ever runs the rout on Greenwood mooringsport rd. Must have missed all of the training to be a postal worker, we have had our packages intentionally delivered to the home across the street since early December, this has been over 5 packages now. We have called usps to inform them of the situation and it continues over 6 weeks later, we have also found out the postal worker has falsely claimed we have claimed we want our packages obstructed and sent across the street and thrown in the yard for their dog to destroy. We have sent pictures and mad complaints. Still the incompetence continues, as if it was not criminal to intentionally impead the delivery of American parcels. Fed ex, and ups have both never had an issue delivering packages it is just united states postal service who can not seem to live up to their duties.

The lazy older heavy lady is just plain lazy and rude, always on her phone/headset , or either having some weird conversation with people just standing there while your being “helped” and you can’t tell who she’s talking to. Oh, and she has smart comments like it’s your job she’s doing for you and she acts like she pays for the FREE PRIORITY ENVELOPS that USPS will EVEN SHIP FREE to you by the bulk package if requested.I get a grimy feeling from the ladies working there (EXCEPT the one younger skinny lady with glasses, she’s so much better and helpful/kind than the other) and it always feels like you got to step down to the other ladies level to get any kind of help. Surprised it’s still in business with the laziness. I guess the good worker is carrying the load of the others.

I'm not sure which location in Shreveport is responsible for getting mail to alexandria, but my packages are always going g somewhere else, I should have had a package today but it went to Leesville instead of coming to my house now it will probably be another day before I get it, im glad I dont depend on their lack of competence to bring medicine, they can't send my package to the right town, if ebay didn't use them I would use another delivery company, this happens off and on all the time, amd they don't take calls to get issues fixed, maybe the post master doest want to fix anything or listen to how bad the post office Is ran, if this was a rare acurance I would understand but this is off and on all the time, they need help

Package pickup requests are ignored. I received a confirmation email that the package was picked up but it wasn’t. So now it’s a day late going out and I’ll have to drive 20 miles to the post office even though the mail man drives around our neighborhood every day. I have problem after problem with this post office center.

The service is absolutely horrible at this location on a daily basis. Forget the one star it should no stars. There is no professionalism but yet much attitude and rudeness. Why is this location still open because lately the hours are not accordingly as they should be? Lately without notice customers are waiting for this location to open and when they finally open.....there is weight thrown around and complaining. My thing is if you're so unhappy with your job....then quit and stop taking it out on customers making customers fearful of being waited on. Stop making customers feel as though they are burdensome. No telephone conversation is that important where you can't acknowledge your customers buy rather keep talking on the phone. The entire staff at this location needs to be retrained or close this down. It's beyond ridiculous.

The service is horrible, well there is one person that is very unpleasant. How can you listen to Gospel music yet treat most customers like trash.One of my tenants went in for a money order, she is hispanic. The poor lady was treated so bad that she refuses to go back inside.
