There’s a problem here.. I wouldn’t say a problem with employees.. but definitely a employee.. I had vehicle problems and went in with a straight amount that I needed.. brought in around 900-1000 dollars worth of electric Ryobe 18v hand tools ..I needed 333 dollars for parts.I figured they would look at the prices of the tools and give a percentage or estimate the value of all and give a percentage of that total. Well the sweet girl that works there .. said let me look these up.. and get u a number.. as a pawn shop usually would.. great thank you ma’am. Thennnn here comes a guy that may not identify as a guy.. but has a male figure. And says nooo I might be able to do 180 for them.. remind u that’s the price of one circular saw, battery and charger . There was 2 skill saws, impact, 2 screw guns, a router a sawz all 2 hand sanders rotary and regular.. and a couple other tools. All 18v brushless. Thennn I said you’re kidding me right..?? Basically the rainbow warrior just slapped me in the face.. He then says no actually I think I over quoted u and I’m just going to have to pass.. are u serious .. other than this clown the other people were trying to be helpful.. and the one lady was trying to do as a normal place would/should .. but he shot her down.. so with all due respect.. screw this place. And I hope the girl finds a job that will appreciate and utilize her people skills to their potential.. because the way he cut her off as she was speaking to me, and completely disregarded what she was trying to do was completely disrespectful.

Great store and great prices, no problems with any employees whatsoever. Everyone there is nice and polite to everyone as far as I've seen. Bad reviews prolly because they dont fold to every cry baby who wants something for nothing.

This new crew sucks! They open and close whenever they feel like doing so, disregarding their schedule. They don’t negotiate with customers that’s spent thousands of dollars with them in the past. I will go elsewhere in the future

Ok, so I don’t know what the other people reviewing them bought but as far as jewelry goes they’re honest and give you a heads up on what they’re gonna do and what they don’t cover. Hunter is polite and helpful.

Pretty expensive stuff here, other pawn shops are much more cheaper than this pawn shop, other than that the place seems empty, also noticed that the employees gave this place 5 stars which was true which was pretty fishy when I saw that, I hope his place change how they name their prices and how they treat the customers.
