I read through the reviews & saw several complaints about the bald, Indian guy. I come here all the time and he's extremely rude. Is he the manager? What's the point of responding to these negative reviews if y'all aren't going to do anything about it?

I had an excellent experience at this UPS store.
The staff were incredibly friendly, the service was impressively fast, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs!

The customer service here is atrocious. It’s obvious from other reviews y’all need to work on your people skills.
By the way, don’t act like you can’t process a shipment to a military APO just because it’s more work for you. I’ve done it plenty of times and I’m not stupid. I KNOW you can prepare it for USPS.

I go here quite a lot because I ship packages often, and I must say the Indian guy at this store is probably the rudest man I've ever met. Not even going to waste my time writing the details because I doubt management will do anything about it, but if you go here expect to be constantly eye rolled and sighed at for simply wanting to print a label.

Do not go here for ANY international shipping needs. Customer service was demanding a state when this particular country doesn't even have them; asking for a phone number when the input is only 10-digits (this country uses 12 numbers). Absolutely wild. Cannot put in any information yourself - you must slowly and repeatedly spell everything out to a person who could clearly care less and is acting annoyed by the whole process. I was able to do this cheaper and faster at USPS. I regret even trying this in the first place. I'm relatively new in town, but now I know better.

Not good customer service. rude and very pathetic. Especially the older bold guy.Not good with appointments. If you have an appointment for fingerprints don’t come to this place!! You will waste good hr of your time waiting for the person doing tye fingerprints.

A female employee was doing her best to help me but was having trouble. The manager or owner (I'm not sure) came over when she asked him a question. He was VERY rude with her, and me. He snatched the paper from her and talked to her like she was a child. I was very uncomfortable, and she seemed unhappy. This used to be a good place to go. I haven't been happy here the last few times I've visited but I won't be coming back after what I saw today.

This location used to be a 5 star store, but since the new owners took over, the service has declined significantly. The employees are not friendly at all and act like the customers are interrupting their day. I was in the store today to mail a package and the man who waited on me was terribly rude, short, barking orders at me and basically forced the receipt into my hand. I've given this location multiple chances, but today was their last chance. I'll be taking my business to any other location BUT this one.

Be careful using this location, you will be over charge! I have went to other locations after going here and was quoted a lower price for shipping, just because I wanted to make sure I did it three times and each time the same experience. They know what they are doing! People just assume and pay what is quoted to them.
