I moved downtown a yr ago and the move-in process involved tons of Amazon deliveries and returns, of course. I could have gone to places closer to me, but I chose the UPS Store because they always get it right. Everyone working there including Inki and Lance are friendly and helpful. It’s been very busy sometimes when I’m there, but they steadily get everyone taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Inki and the folks at my uptown Shreveport, LA UPS store are warm, friendly, and always helpful. The other overnight carriers don't stand a chance against these guys. In this case, the UPS stands for ultimate personal service.

This store and employees are very unprofessional upon entrance greeting is terrible I spoke and no one spoke back as I proceed to return heavily expensive item employer left me to help someone else who entered the store after me. My return was rushed item not scanned correctly called store and employer who answered was no help told me couldn’t help me and it nothing he could do to help me upon calling my tracking number out quickly which I wasn’t able to write down correctly he hung up on my face it’s very bothersome to know that people are still treating individuals poorly in customer service this building need to be reevaluated by head ppl and employees need to be replaced

Ms. Inky and Lance are the greatest customer service representatives I've ever met. They welcome you and are quickly willing to meet all your mailing and packaging needs.
