These services are going downhill! Ordered a book, ups lost it, then claim they are looking into it and try to say we refused the package when we weren't even home. I wish amazon did not ship with them!

Paid overnight shipping and additional expedite fees through my shipper for overnight and it’s still 2 days late and they can’t tell me where it’s at.
Then proceeded to tell me the exact same thing I was looking at on my computer and said they don’t have any more information than what I can see too so what is the purpose of having a customer service center if they don’t have any more access than we do putting a tracking number in online. And delivery windows are more like if they feel like getting around to it but highly un-likely

There customer care representative will give you run for your money!!!! They made me wait for a package for 1hrs 30mins, if you do not have patience, do not go there, the worst experience I ever had

I used to have good experiences here but this has changed. There is this older white lady who has been there multiple times last few times who is extremely unpleasant and rude. She always adds “i used to own a UPS store”. Yeah i don’t care at all. Guess what? You work at UPS CUSTUMER service center. She turns people away saying this location is a “corporate store” and basically not for customers. She is very rude, unpleasant and laughs when you call her out on her bad attitude.

Even after spending $500, I couldn't find the item and it was even returned somewhere.
You are a group of people who work without knowing that the salary you receive comes from the customers, and this is the first time in your life that you have received the worst service.

Delivery drivers from Shreveport are horrible!!! I have sat inside my house and watched them throw my packages onto my porch. This wasn't just on one occasion, it is nearly every time I have a delivery from UPS. I end up with busted cans inside my packages, my husband and I order water and energy drinks every 2 weeks. Every order there are multiple cans busted open in each package. When I stopped the driver and said something about it, he just looked at me and said none of them are busted. I hate that they are who deliver my Amazon packages.....

UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR JUST CLOSE! This place is the biggest waste of time. They are ALWAYS closed during business hours. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s multiple times a week, closed for hours at a time DURING it’s posted hours on the door and online. Always. And there’s no way to know before coming if someone will magically be there. You just have to throw the dice and drive here. Sometimes signs will be on the door saying they’ll be back at 3pm or 5pm(they won’t be, trust me I have waited and no one shows up). If you need to ship anything don’t waste your time coming here. Go to literally any other FEDEX, USPS or UPS store in town and they will be open when they say they are.

Apparently if you live in apartments and no one home you can't receive your packages they will return seller...had to take off a day of work...i went to 2 different locations twice trying to find my packages...I will NOT BE Using UPS and TRASH SERVICE at this facility.

They stayed open for us to get our packages that they didn’t leave at our house . After they left the same items 3 days before but for some reason would not leave the next order .. so we had to drive 30miles 4 times to get our packages that was very important job important ..but that’s the big brown for ya . Picked a good color toDescribe their service. Thanks again for the excellent work.

ABSOLUTELY Terrible customer service. We have a regular scheduled pick up time M-F every week. drivers never show up on time. Local center in shreveport never answers the phones.
