The service granted was great being that it was after hours and storming. The guy showed compassion and apologized for having to tow my vehicle out of my job's parking lot, wishing that I had been informed of cars been towed out of the physicians parking. It was a $201. Not well spent being that money was just spent on my child's graduation and a recent knee knee surgery.

I had a lot of issues w the situation of the car t involved in this tow and they helped me the best thy cld to gt answers I needed or wanted even after the fees had bn paid and car had bn removed from their lot .. I really appreciated they're help..

I had a flat tire and this was the first number on a tow search. Mr Joe, informed me that it would be about an hour. I thanked him and said that I will call a few more numbers to try and get a shorter arrival time. Before we disconnected the conversation, Mr Joe said that he wish that I do find someone who would provide service sooner. I was so impressed with his statement. (Wanting what was best/quicker for my situation versus gaining the service call). I ended up booking his tow truck and not only was the wait time 20mins or less; the driver was so professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant in a frustrating situation. I highly recommend everyone to do business with twin city. They are excellent from first contact to completion.
