Employees are not racist I know lady with black hair has mixed children so pretty sure she is being judged. I am a server and pretty sure a few reviews are made by individuals whom are refused service due to laws workers must obey or face charges if caught. So many times I have been cussed out for iding guest who claim to be grown. Apparently they are not adults from the temper tantrums they display. I don't go to this location often but I do leave with a smile. For the record I have seen employees getting beverages from fountain machine will update my next visit if it dispense alcohol and soda. I am guessing for now it probably is non alcoholic soda water.

If I could give zero plus stars I definitely would. The white female with the black hair and makeup on her face gave me a hard time for absolutely no reason and I go there often and she has checked me out several times her and the other Two white guys that was working late evening on 11/25 which they also gave me a hard time. It’s sad to say but racism still exists and this store shouldn’t have employees that drink on the job because it’s causes bad customer service to loyal customers. Life is already hard for everyone it cost nothing to be kind.

If I could give zero stars I would older white lady Mona was rude as hell and had to get into an altercation with her as well as two other white males were being rude as well I will not refer anyone to visit this thrift liquor

Walked in at approximately 4:00 pm Saturday 7/29/2023 and went to purchase a bottle of bourbon. The clerk scans the bottle, and then I pay. Then, before he bagged it, a person claiming to be the store manager, (a female person) got her personal iphone and took a photograph of me. Could not give me a good reason to do so. She took the photo of me. Once i walked out and left, then as I thought about it, I felt I had been violated. I questioned this practice and believe it was an invasion of my privacy. ANd question the fact that she took the photo with her Iphone . SO, i called the store and spoke to the clerk. I requested to speak to the manager. HE took down my name and number. within 20 minutes, the store manager called me back. When I answered, I thanked her for calling me back and that i would like to please request that she delete my photo from her I-phone, and I promised her I would never step foot again in her Thrifty Liquor store #8 again. After this, the discussion was over, she would not allow me to talk, she made some comments that she had to take the picture so that she could see who is buying what to make sure that the employees were not taking bottles, and that she did not need my business or my money. then she hung up on me! I really wanted to explain to her, that in my whole life, this had never happened where a person walks into a liquor store to buy a bottle of whatever and the store manager takes my picture. Usually, these places have surveillance videos, why she wants to take a picture of me is just unexplainable. did she take pictures of everyone that walked in that day and purchased liquor. Her taking my picture, from her own cell phone, seems inappropriate and unprofessional. One thing for sure, I will never step foot in that place again.

The new security guard is very disrespectful and he harassed me after showing my identification to him I will take this a step higher bc that was no caused for him to follow me around the store and talk to me the way he did I’m a regular in this store and I never had this problem or never seen him before I will be contacting higher authority!

Lady at the drive thru is rude as hell. This is the closest liquor store to my house and I’ll never step foot in there again.
