This my last time coming to this thrifty liquor it’s only this one where I feel like I can’t even shop like a retailer customer for some drinks without the older staff making me feel uncomfortable with their assuming of people’s age and color. It’s really overwhelming and uncalled for. Even though it’s a convenient location, I rather drive those extra miles for better customer service.

I stopped in to the thrifty today, and the rest is history. As usual, they had what I was looking for and I was in and out so fast. I will definitely be going back there again for all my drinking needs!!!!

Went in got what I wanted then went to check out all good right? Wrong! At the checkout I'm trying to use the card system and it says "do not remove card" then the screen changes so I take out my card, then it errors so we try again. The screen changes again and she (the cashier) tells me "no keep the card in there" I tried to simply ask her why the screen changes if it's not on the approval screen. Instead of answering the question she just says "keep it in there it'll do it" very rudely. I will admit I was already a little on edge from other events from today. But I was still nice and respectful, so her "calm down fireball" comment was not needed. But even all of that is not the worst. After all is said and done she bad mouths me to another customer as im walking out saying "some people are just like that" As a lead CSR ( Customer service representative supervisor basically) at my job. I would have fired her ( as I have others) on the spot for that. In business the one thing you do not do regardless of the situation is bad mouth a customer to other customers that is the ultimate disrespect and unprofessional thing you can do. I hope she loses her job.

They are closed during buisness hours with a full staff inside. Do not expect friendly service or for them to be open at all. Will not waste my gas coming to this place ever again. Id rather pay higher prices and know the store i go to is open when they say they are. Change your store hours to a truthful "closed somewhere around 10pm, we could care less about your buisness."
