So thrifty was closed so Hertz did help me get out of my stupid EV car that was costing me an arm and a leg and making my trip go four days to go to New Mexico. The lady worked extra hard when she did not have a car to get me a car and she is amazing

Was really worried after seeing all the reviews, but everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. Any charges were transparent and explained, and they had my reservation ready within 20 minutes of my arrival.
The only criticism I have is for the company, not the location.

We arrived at the airport on time. And they did not have any cars. There were 6 people in front of us. We reserved this car months ago. They had no idea when one would arrive. This is unacceptable. We ended up renting from Avis and payoff $240 more.

On 15 December I arrived in Little Rock, Arkansas to pick up the vehicle I had reserved with Thrifty. The car had a bad smell, and a half drank soda pop in the backseat. It had nicks and dings but it drove. I drove the vehicle to Dallas, Texas, and as I was pulling into the Service Station to purchase gas, it was brought ro my attention that something was dragging on the ground underneath the car. I got out and look, and there was this huge panel hanging down. Immediately, I telephone Thrifty who told me to phone Roadside Service, which I did, but they said they could not assist because the car came from a third party--whatever that means, I phoned Little Rock back to tell them what Roadside said and this time I was advised to take the car to Lovefield Airport to Hertz. A girlfriend was driving ahead of me to show me the way so first she led me to a mechanic who got down, looked underneath and told me, "Take it back to them because this is the result do faulty maintenance. They didn't put the screws in tight enough so they worked themselves free, causing the panel to fall to the ground. Take it back"So, I took it to Hertz at Lovefield, where they told me to drive around the corner to Thrifty. On the way out, the Gate Attendant shouted, "STOP!" I stopped and the gate fell on top of the hood.This all in one day. One would think I would be a disgruntled customer with all this going on but the Operations Manager at the Hertz location Mr, Anant Sharma was very gracious in trying to make things right and gave me immediately another vehicle.Now.fast forward some weeks later and in comes an email from their insurance department. I could not believe that Thrifty wants to charge me over $3000 for the 'damages' to their vehicle. I had nothing to do with the panel falling or the gate falling on top of hood, yet to recuperate their loss on a vehicle that should not have been on the road they are charging me.I write this review and post the photo to give the public at large a true account of what you can expect when you rent a car from Thrifty. Pay close attention because the vehicle they give you could cost you your life. There is a possibility that their autos do not meet inspection and are being rented at a low price because they are not quite yet ready for the Junk Yard, but closer than you or I, the consumer is aware. Think more than twice before you rent a car from THRIFTY.I have a video of the entire auto but this system will not allow the upload of it, so just take me at m word and give your money to someone other than THRIFTY!THIS REVIEW IS ON THE LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS THRIFTY, NOT SHREVEPORT!!! One more fact, the personnel at the Little Rock THRIFTY Sales is courteous, friendly, and polite. This Review is NOT about them! It's about what is transpiring between THRIFTY CAR RENTAL and myself. I could have suffered a serious accident in the vehicle they rented me and now they want me to pay to have it repaired. Show me the Vehicle Maintenance Report FIRST! When was it or was it not in for service?

Paid for a rental and no cars left after a 3 hour flight. Multiple people waiting because they overbooked. 12 people I see so far inconvenient and stuck at airport. NO CARS but paid have to get money back. DONT rent a car from them.

DO NOT USE THRIFTY - THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! If i could do less than one star i would. I rented through the "Hopper" app (third party) paid in full. When i picked up at the Phoenix Airport I had to wait in line for an hour and a half because they onlh had one guy at the counter. Eventually, they had another associate come out and she helped us. She told me that the "additional loss dmg and prem road service" was REQUIRED. And charged me a toal of $539 - 200 was deposit. The deposit dropped off, but 338.92 stayed on my card. I called and they said that because i had accepted the "additional items " that i could not be refunded. So basically they STOLE 339$ i asked if it was actually REQUIRED for me to have had those items and eventually they guy said No. But he still wouldn't return my money. DON'T USE THRIFTY!!!

when I arrived at the airport to pick up my rental I was greeted by a very n and knowledgeable young woman at hertz. my first choice of car was a charger and when I went to get in the car it smelled like marijuana and had to return that one for a mustang which the oil chang light kept coming in on. Services from the staff was great but the cars I'm no sure.

GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! I booked 7 days in advance, when I got there they didn’t have a car for me, didn’t offer any options, they left me stranded!!! To make it worse I had to spend the next 2 hours trying to get a refund from a third party collision damage plan. The only explanation I was offered was weak at best. This clearly happens regularly by the complete apathy of the staff. And something they seem to miss or not care about, is that it cost me money because I had to make last minute plans at a much higher cost… I truly will NOT use this company again and recommend you not to, they really screwed me on my rental, spend an extra few bucks and go with a trust worthy company.

Wish I can give a negative ten stars flew from NY to LA and paid in advance just to get denied the car because a 680 credit score on top of that almost impossible to talk to a representative and took a hour just for nothing to be done and get a refund in ten days

Absolutely the worst! I had rented a car several months in advanced. When I showed up they had zero card available. And the desk person said "you can wait but it doesn't look promising". I will never use this company again.

Had made reservations month in advance, arrived 9p ATL and no cars were available. Waited 1hr before car was available. Missed our dinner reservations and family plans. If I was given a heads up, I would of made other plans. So disappointed.
