Avoid at all costs. Doesn't matter if you have a reservation. They over book and don't have cars available. Going on two hours waiting with no end in sight.

So thrifty was closed so Hertz did help me get out of my stupid EV car that was costing me an arm and a leg and making my trip go four days to go to New Mexico. The lady worked extra hard when she did not have a car to get me a car and she is amazing

Was really worried after seeing all the reviews, but everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. Any charges were transparent and explained, and they had my reservation ready within 20 minutes of my arrival.
The only criticism I have is for the company, not the location.
