I've been coming here since elementary or middle school, and I'm almost 30 now. I just don't want to go anywhere else.
I used Dr. Patton as a kid and teen - I always felt heard and taken care of. He's so kind and informative. Now I see Dr. Eskander, and I don't think I'll ever find another primary care like her. She is so easy to talk to, very straightforward so you always know exactly what is going on, and she always takes me seriously. Women especially know how valuable that is in healthcare, and it's why I recommend her to all of my friends. I love her nurse as well!
Everyone that works in reception and all of the nurses are so friendly and helpful, too. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Patton for 10 years. I started seeing him when I moved back home to Shreveport. I live in Benton now. I make the drive to see him because I trust him and he listens. He genuinely cares. I know he will try my ideas or run labs if I have issues so we can get to the bottom of whatever is going on. His staff has always been top tier as well. I’ll be his patient as long as he’ll have me!

Up until last week I’d have had nothing but great things to say about y’all!!! My doc retires and the new doctor I’m “switching” to well her nurse is far from professional and now I wouldn’t go there if my actual life depended on it. The rudeness and lack of professional I’ve received in the last few days is mind blowing

Dr. Mercer is very thorough and professional. She’s caring and gives you her undivided attention during your appointment. I’ve used her for about 10 years. Wait time is minimal.

My husband has been going to this Dr for over a year and a half and we have never been late for an appointment and today we were 10 minutes late and the lady informs us they have a new 10 minute rule and that they wouldn't be able to see us until 11:30. I understand if you are late it puts everyone behind but hell we have waited longer than 10 minutes to even see the Dr., why because things happen. Needless to say we are going to find him a new Dr.

Please avoid this facility at all cost. The employees are unhelpful and rude. I attempted to schedule an appointment for a future date, which would be after my insurance would be effective. It is very difficult to get a Doctor's appointment, as we all know. I am required to have a physical to offset the cost of my insurance. They would not give me a future appointment unless my insurance has begun. Vera, Tasha, and Holly are very unhelpful and rude. Do not waste your time, money, or health.

This is a great place. My doctor is great, she takes well care of me, but I’m going to rate this a 4 star based on the way they handle things and the treatment the nurses give you.They aren’t always kind, sometimes they have an attitude which I don’t appreciate. I also have had trouble with prescriptions not being sent to my pharmacy right away.I recently had an infection and I had to call them multiple times to get them to send my prescription over.The women who work at the lab and the billing department also have a stinky attitude.Unfortunately, with my medical condition I have been to a few clinics in the past and I have met amazing healthcare workers who seem to enjoy what they do, not these ones.The only reason why I remain at this clinic is my doctor because truly if it wasn’t for her I would have switched a long time ago.

My uncle recently tried going here and they refused to see him as a patient. First, they asked which insurance he had (you know, because their money is far more important than the patients health). He told them Medicare. If doctors actually cared the first question would be what kind of problem are you experiencing? But, no, it's "what insurance do you have"? Then they asked which doctor he wanted to see. He told them one of the men I forget which one. They then told him that, sorry, only one of our doctors is accepting Medicare. Oh, that's brilliant. Why doesn't it say that on the list of insurance that you accept? Next to Medicare it should say Dr. So and so only. The rest are more concerned about their money than actually helping you which is why they don't accept Medicare because that cuts into their paycheck. Well, Medicare is all he has. He's disabled and on disability. Like millions of other people who worked all their lives this is all he has now and this place won't give him the time of day. Then they asked which medication he's already taking. He told them. They placed him on hold and came back and told him that due to the fact that he's already taking controlled substances they can't accept him as a patient. What!?!These "controlled substances" he's already taking are prescriptions from another doctor and have nothing to do with this place. He was looking for a family doctor to help him with everything else, like when he's sick, not the medicine he is already getting elsewhere for other reasons. Any medicine prescribed by a doctor is a controlled substance. That's why you have to go to a doctor to get it. So if you're seeing a separate doctor for specialized reasons but still need a family doctor for basic reasons don't bother with these money-hungry jerks. This is absolutely outrageous. None of these charlatans should be allowed to call themselves doctors. All they care about is their money, not you.If you're poor, don't have good insurance or any insurance, disabled, on Medicare, already getting medicine from another doctor, etc, don't even bother calling this place. All they care about is their money. They don't care if you die.

I love my doctor and staff. He is through and takes time to listen and take the best plan of action. With that being said, that is with well checks and yearly check ups. Good luck getting in when you are sick and need to see a doctor. The last three times I have been sick, I have not been able to get in for weeks. A lot of good that does me when I am sick. So the decision is up to you.

Dr Kitchell is attentive and kind, the staff is respectful and responsive, and I've hardly ever had a hard time getting anything I needed taken care of here.
