We have been with Dr. Coker since she opened in 2007. I love the idea of an office for only cats. It is always quiet and peaceful. The staff (human and feline) are always so nice and friendly. My children grew up going to this office and it is so special to me. I always recommend The Cat Doctor to anyone who has cats.
I’ve seen some reviews calling Doc rude, she’s not. She just doesn’t waste words and tells you what is up. She is a gift and we love her. We have also had Dr. Durci care for our cats and she is so caring and compassionate.
I can’t recommend this office enough.

Fantastic crew working there. The desk lady was so kind and caring. It was very reasonably priced and my cat came back home with no signs of stress or anything. Will be coming here for now on

We brought our cat here for a neuter and had concerns about a UTI and potentially diabetes. The doctor dismissed our concerns about both, saying "its just an intact male cat" and neutered him. We gave him his full antibiotic treatment they sent us home with and a week and a half later, he was admitted to the ICU at UVH because he went into diabetic ketoacidosis, he DID in fact have a UTI, AND he STILL ended up with an infection from his neuter. So. We will NOT be back. I’m extremely disappointed and upset because now we’re about 8k in debt because the Cat Doctor didn’t take our concerns seriously and chalked it up to him being an intact male cat, refusing to take any other symptoms into consideration. We're lucky our baby is still alive.
Edit 2/28/24: our baby had to be put to sleep last Saturday due to complications with his kidneys. This grief isn't something I'd wish on my worst enemy. Don't bring your babies here if you suspect something serious is going on.

Both times I called about bringing my cat in they never asked me for a reservation time or anything, not even mentioning that there were no walk ins AFTER I ASKED TO BRING HIM AS A WALK IN THE FIRST TIME.Just very unhelpful and not good at using context clues---example of why:Me: hi, can I bring my cat in today for a walk in checkup? He's pooping blood. Her: yes! *Doesn't ask my name or cats name*Me: *gets to the clinic and goes to take my cat in to be seen*Her: I'm sorry there's no appointment for you.---Thanks guys! Very cool!

Love the straightforwardness of the vet. I loved the paw print I received in the mail after Piper's passing. Thank you for your kindness.

I had an emergency with my cat and I was hysterical. I have never been here before and they allowed me to bring her in and care for her. I’m very grateful for the staff for saving my kitty.
