My first time going here and I will definitely be back for all my oil changes and fluids check. They have the best customer service and their service was excellent. They were so nice when I pulled in and they took care of my 2017 Infiniti Q70L . They had the exact oil that I use which is Mobil one . They check all my fluids and capped them off they check my wiper blades and my air filter all that. Everything was less than 15-20 minutes.. I have nothing bad to say at all. If I can give more than 5 stars I’ll give them 100. Thanks Guy’s ? ❤️Service: Oil change

Went to have oil and filter change. Computer told mechanic my 2012 Chevy Impala with 3.6 engine holds 6 quarts. I changed my oil years ago and always put 5 quarts in motor and that topped it off. They put in 6 quarts and as soon as started engine shook violently and quit. Oil got sucked in air cleaner and into motor. Been taking car to oil change places for years and never had this problem. They had to completely drain again ( just had to drain 1 quart) while I waited. Had to remove all intake hoses and clean oil out of. Took at least an hour. So I asked about why it charged me for 6 quarts and asked for refund of extra quart. Mechanic said computer wouldn't let him do that. He gave me 25% off of next visit. So I get charged $8.99 for extra quart of oil my car can't hold and can't refund. So when I go back (not) I'll be charged for 6 quarts instead of 5. So if I go back now I'm being charged $8.99 plus tax again. Sounds like a scam to me. Ok. So I looked up online and my car does hold 6 quarts with filter change. Obviously wasn't drained completely or would have worked. So now I'm realizing someone screwed up draining the oil apparently. Just checked my oil level and it's low now because only put in 5 quarts. Will never go back. Buying a quart of oil and doing myself. Maybe never changed oil filter?

I went to the take 5 on Youree Drive at 6:30pm and was told they didn’t have my filter can I come back tomorrow.Left there and went to the Take 5 on East Kings hwy, arrive at 6:46, I was in and out in ten minutes. The crew (Don) East Kings hwy was fast, professional, proficient and most of all courteous! Thanks for the excellent service!Service: Oil change

Went for a oil change and left with a headache. Take 5 means I'm going to rush and forget to replace the cap on your oil reservoir. Called customer service and they transferred me 5 times. Once to Canada. All while I was on the side of the highway.

Anthony was very kind and efficient. As a woman, I find it difficult knowing a lot about my car. He pleasantly answered all my questions about the air and cabin filters needing to be replaced and even offered me a discount. I brought my baby in today for an oil change. Greeted right away by a polite gentleman, who explained there would be a little wait and offered my son & I something cold to drink. The wait was not that long at all. Brandon & Will tended to my Challenger R/T (my dream car, so I'm picky). Brandon was very polite,personable, & professional. Everyone was. The actual oil change was done quickly. I liked that they were not pushy about additional services/products, but offered informative options/suggestions when there was a need. That friendliness, efficiency, & professionalism will make me a loyal customer!! (I hope you guys that were there today get to see this & know you're appreciated)

Its share details of my experience, Im still here. Its been 45 minutes and theyve had me pull in but Im just sitting here. The car behind me just gave up and left. I wish I could leave too but Ive got too much time invested now to leave. There are 4 guys looking at one car. And they just told me to go to a different oil change place. Super.

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change. They didn’t have the required oil so I went and purchased it. So now I’m a “customer supplied“ oil change. The guy changing my oil put in all 10 quarts instead of the required 8 quarts! So they vacuumed out around 2 qts. At payment time I told them to subtract the $12.70 off for my lost oil. So what did the manager do? He took $10 off! Not good customer service at all in my book! This store still owes me $2.70 according to my math!A follow up - I checked my oil level & had to return to remove more oil. They were about a quart over still. But this time the manager offered me some incentives to return again, which I told him it was too much.So in the end I got my satisfaction, which was the apology & the offer for incentives. I refused the incentives (I thought they were too much), but I will return again. It’s just too convenient, although expensive!, of a service for my line of work!Service: Oil change

Nice place, but a bit short-staffed. The staff members were super cool and courteous, and working really hard. The oil change itself is quick, but waiting in line was extremely time consuming the day we went because of the lack of staff members. If more people worked here, this place would really be humming along quite nicely! Prices were fair if not a bit high, but there are free checkups/fill-ups between oil changes which keeps customers coming back. We will likely return, but if the number of staff members does not improve, we may look elsewhere depending on how much time we can afford waiting in-line.
