Please, take out your phone number if you don't want to answer phone calls. Twice that I called, twice I was hang-up. They could have just ignored my calls pretending no one was available, but no, I was hang-up.

The salesperson was very rude and in different words called me a liar when I told him I did NOT have a T-Mobile account. He was a thin, white male - I did not get his name.

The employee at these stores don't seem to last long. And their information isn't always consistent. If I wasn't in a 2cyear contract I'd go back to metro especially after finding out that TMobile has charged me for 2 internet $250 in over charge, and $11.75 each for 3 phones that were to have been free except for monthly service. I still haven't added everything up. I suggest that you check your monthly statement if your choice auto pay.

Derrick was really nice and helped me get my new phone and transferred everything perfectly :) also reminded us that we had a free netflix account we didnt know about we hadnt been using so we appreciate it very much!

Horrible customer service, staff told me already closed my account but they didn’t. I was charged for $100 one month later. Now they told me they can’t close my account. Why did they lie to me? I called customer care stayed on the phone with them for hours but still not close the account. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE A CUSTOMER WITH T-MOBILE! Absolutely lies and money grabs, don’t trust the employees, or the manager specially cuz they try to confuse you and make you sign without reading, don’t go here, they’re scammers.

Derrick, the store manager, and his staff were great. Friendly and helpful from the moment I got there. Super fast and knew what the problem was immediately. Will definitely holler at them again when I need help or a new phone!
