Fix your items. Says one price on the shelf and actual stickers on the package with price and rings up totally different on almost everything we bought. And we purchased over $30 of junk for the road trip. Also fix your racist signs, it's not a good look.

Dang, this was a bit of a letdown.
It was OK
Just OK
Service was ehh.
The price was fair.
If you look at the top of their logo, it has 5 stars, and there is nothing 5 star about this place to eat.It's just a shame that People from out of town might be thinking like this is a taste of Louisiana , and it is so far from that.
Nothing was outstanding and all generic. Everything, including the food. I have had better tasting wings at walmart.

I put gas ⛽️ in my vehicle from this place Saturday morning June 15th …
60 miles down the highway my truck was pooting, putting and jerking … I had to stop in Natchitoches Louisiana for gas treatments … if you stop at this place let it be for the fried chicken but damn sure not the gas ⛽️

Went in for coffee. Creamer machine not working because product was in wrong. Rude white lady yelled at me for trying to fix it, since she couldn't. Cashier was also very rude. Both gave me and friend a bad look. I hope to speak to owner so that he can fix this issue. Coffee was amazing.

Shelves are almost empty, bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING and I walked into 2 of them, the handicap/unisex one and the women's and both were just FOUL.

took over 20 minutes to 5 gallons of gas! no soap in the bathrooms no toilet paper. no drinks working the shelves are bare and everything inside the store said out of order. it looked clean but it might as well be closed as they can sell you nothing and most of the gas and is out of order. the stations that work are slow to point of being useless. I gad to go inside to get receipt since machine was out of paper. the woman behind the counter told be the machines are all fine and everything is in working order that I didn't know what I was talking about. she was rude and dismissive. aggressively so. I will never get spend money here again. Good customer service can make even a terrible place pleasant. clearly this is not what swoop or chevron see as important. I would rate it in the negative if that was possible

Very attractive, modern looking place. Windshield washer. And rags at the pumps. Bathroom was clean. I knocked off two stars because there were no towels in the bathroom although the blower worked and the shelves were almost empty in the store.

Out of different types of fuel, pumps leaking gasoline, some pumps dont take cards. Do not recommend.
