I love starbucks but on multiple occasions at this store over the past 2 years I've lived here, I wait 20+ minutes for my food and then don't get it until I ask for it. I will actually go in, sit down, and do a mobile order instead because my food never gets forgotten that way.

I ordered online a chocolate croissant and came directly inside because I placed the order outside in my car sat down inside two other ladies came up and ordered way past when I did and they got their food before mine so I canceled my order and got my money back.

Went there for the first time ever this morning g ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp with no whip extra caramel service was quick and very nice and the guy put alot of caramel that I got in every sip which is how i like it!very good starbucks to go to!!

Came in after changing someone's tire in the parking lot and asked if I could sit down and cool off for a while. An employee said I could as well as offered a water, which they then gave me in a large cup as well. Was very appreciated on a very hot day. Very thankful to that
