Appreciate the employees here at the store trying to help me out with a stupid situation. Store experience was great. Ordering stuff online from T-Mobile can get very messy, and the only "solution" corporate could provide is to wait an unknown amount of time. This review is reflective of the store and the associates who helped (didn't get their names, but it was a newer associate and her manager it appeared). 5 stars to y'all even though I'm not the biggest T-Mobile fan at the moment since corporate's attempts to resolve customer service issues are laughable. I'll be back to get my Apple Watch Series 9 as soon when they're in stock. I will obviously not be ordering that online lol, learned my lesson

5 stars for Darrius. I had some issues hindering me from switching to T mobile and he helped me get it, pretty fast on top of that.

I am constantly appreciating that I switched to T-Mobile after years with AT&T, then Verizon, then Sprint for one painful year, then back to Verizon, then finally to T-Mobile after much encouraging by my best friend. I only wish I had listened to him sooner. I let Verizon charge me for services I didn't order, then fight for refunds, then have the charges reappear, then swear that if it happens once more I am leaving them, then have it happen again, then, FINALLY leave for good.I suffered through that abuse because I was afraid no other carrier would stream video at the quality I was used to seeing. I was pleasantly surprised to find that T-Mobile offered the same or better quality without any surprise charges and a promise of 3 years without price hikes.I am a very satisfied customer and recommend them for all consumers.

My wife and I Decided to switch from metro to T-Mobile and were a bit Skeptical about how smooth the change over would be . She went to the store While I was over the road to find out more information about the process and Derek Critton Helped her out and told us about our options while she had me on the phone. Awesome Customer service!! He ran down all of our options help us find find phones that suited our needs the best even took the time To see if we qualify for any discounts. The service was was so good that when I came in I didn't want to talk to anyone else but him.He helped us set everything up on our business account and even Showed me how I may be able to be able to get Internet service in the very near future in our area which has been pretty hard to come by because we are in a rual community. I will definitely be backTo extend my business with T-Mobile because of the excellent experience I had. You guys need 12 more of Derek working at your stores, lol. Truly a pleasant experience. Thank you sir!

Have been to this particular location several times for a variety of issues, from tech support to transitioning from Sprint. It's simply better than the others I've gone to. I'm greeted every time I enter and made to feel like I'm important. The staff always do whatever they can to assist, and if they cannot, they simply say so without the runaround. Even if it takes longer than anticipated, they apologize and let me know what the holdup is, so I don't mind waiting. I was somewhat nervous when Sprint became part of TMobile, but with service this friendly, my fears have been put to rest.

Derek helped me upgrade my phone, migrate data from old to new, installed a screen protector, and helped me select a case. He also helped swap out SIM cards on another line. Polite, professional, and experienced, 5 star service.
