Darrius is a life saver and was extremely patient/friendly with me. As a sales person myself, I can tell you Darrius is professional and has a sense of charisma and social aptitudes about him you wouldn't expect to normally see at T-Mobile. I admire his work ethic and wording, and I hope they pay him well enough. I'd recommend going here just to setup something through him, truly a pleasure to converse with.

I've had their home internet for a while now. They stated that I didn't pay my bill in July. I have proof I did. I am sending my box back. If I could give it no star I would!!!!

If you like having your time wasted by a store manager who respects no customer benefits, cares even less for your priorities, has only dry and insincere excuses when predictably nothing goes well, and if you are wondering how incompetent a store manager can be, this is your store. Find out after 4 reassured visits to the store how you have now missed all the promotions TMobile “was” offering, how you now have been baited and switched to a very different plan (read another thousand dollars) - this IS your store - enjoy - I’m switching my 3 lines to AT&T after 11 years with Sprint. Here is a little advice for T Mobile : the easiest way to build a customer base is to KEEP the one you have. Good luck! You need it with these employees. NO stars, not even one.

As a Sprint customer I am still have concerns about T-Mobile taking over, that being said I went into the store a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone and was impressed by the staff at this location, they were kind and were able to take care of me. I recommend this location!

This location SAVED MY LIFE! From the very 1st day I walked in the store, they were friendly and professional when I was irate and irritated. The store manager, took out time to go above and beyond the call of duty. It’s because of her that I now have decided to stay a T-Mobile customer. Good customer service like this is so hard to find. People who are committed to doing what it takes is so rare. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The customer services was great and they actually showed where my monies was going to..they showed me what I was signing and they also showed contract details and did email me proof..way to go t-mobile reps now a apart of sprint...10 stars for clear understanding ??

I love this store location!! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any issues while visiting this location. They have been able to solve all of my issues! They actually try to help you! Love this team and store!
