Very Nice & Friendly community. Reasonable rental prices. Most cases maintenance requests closed with in 24 Hrs. Lease office staff also very friendly personal. This community has 2 new big swimming pools with under water lights & Gym

Lived here for 2 years and loved it! Staff was always available and helpful. Got some packages shipped to the address on accident after I moved and they helped ship them back. It was a great, quite, safe place to live!

The absolute best apartments I have ever lived at. My wife and I have been here for two years and just renewed our lease for another year. You definitely can not beat the price for the experience you will have living here. Maintenance is quick to respond if there is ever an issue, the pools and the gyms are so taken care and the cherry on top is Peyton at the front office who is so helpful through any process to help with any paperwork moving in or renewing! I couldn’t recommend anywhere else to live and work with!

I've lived in Spring Lake Point Apartments for a few years, and it's been nothing but a positive experience. The apartments are very open and spacious, and everything outside is extremely beautiful. Being able to see the lake from my apartment is a huge plus, as well. Plus, the complex is tucked away in the Spring Lake neighborhood, and because of that it's very quiet here.
The staff here are outstanding, approachable, and easy to talk to. They're incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to make sure needs are met.

I have lived at spring lake for a year and I have never felt safer. My dog loves the dog park and everything is super clean. The management is amazing in helping me and my roommate understand the ins and outs of leasing with patience and confidence. A wonderful experience overall.

Love this place. Great location. Cute apartments in a gated community with the option to be fully furnished We were only here for 3 months as travel nurses. They offer short term leases and are pet friendly. The office staff were always very accommodating and friendly every time we interacted with them. If you’re looking for a place short term or a home consider this place, recommended.

We lived here for about a year. We enjoyed it and never had any major issues! Maintenance was always quick to respond, office staff was nice, we felt safe, and our dog loved the dog park! The only reason we moved was because we bought a house, or else we would still happily be there!

Lived here for about six years and I very much enjoyed my time. Some really nice upgrades were implemented like the dog park and a gorgeous pool renovation. Food trucks weekly and just overall a pleasant place to live. Love the staff at the front office and maintenance was always on the spot and took care of me.

On June 28th I locked myself out of my friend's apartment. Some people would be upset that they weren't let back in. I was relieved that the manager want to communicate with my friend personally.My friend is a single female living alone, which means the manager was more concerned about my friends safety than me getting my computer back. Alison the manager was very kind and was able get me into the apartment quickly as soon as my friend contacted her. It's a big relief to know my friend is safe and that her Apartment Manager takes her tenants safety seriously.Thanks so much Alison and Sprig Lake Point Apartments.

Loved it ! I lived here for two years and enjoyed my apartment and the outdoor areas. Spring Lake is such a beautiful neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained and the staff is top notch . I would definitely recommend!

I've lived here a couple of months now, and I'm really happy with my choice to move in here. The location and the neighborhood is really nice and very quiet. The apartments themselves as well as the grounds and the entire property are well maintained. Management is very responsive to any maintenance issues; not only do I feel like they actually hear and listen to me, I feel like they actually value me as a tenant, which is something I haven't always experienced when renting a place to live.Meghan, Allison, Brandon and LaBrittany: thank you for making my experience so pleasant. I'm very glad I'm here.

I lived there for two years and I could not have asked for a better place. They were always kind and helpful. Anytime I had a problem ( and there weren’t many) they were always quick to solve my problem with a smile. The maintenance crew went out of their way to help me anytime I needed it. I always had great neighbors. I highly recommend this as a place to call home.
