One of the worst customer services experiences I’ve ever had. Service was setup quickly but was very unreliable and customer support was awful. Upon canceling they still billed me multiple times and wouldn’t accept accountability. Do not recommend them at all.

How can you hold anyone in contract. Then charge a late fee if you're one day late, yet My service goes out pretty regular and when it does this is the Error that I'm getting. I'm not stupid I worked in communications, SpeedNet is getting it service from AT& T. This means that you did not pay your bill and then I end up losing service for several hours until you realize it and pay it. Yet we don't get anything in return. Then you lie about prices, in charge equipment fees late fees and any other fees that you can so you end up paying almost a quarter of the monthly bill in fees. I'm smelling a lawsuit and a BBB contact

Service is working great!I live in a low rural area and many companies have not been able to help me with service, but this works and I’m very happy with it.

Support team did what they could do to get my Internet back connected and working. They sent an updated modem. It was an easy install and it got me going again.

Although SpeedNet was selling high speed internet, they were never able to get above 5 Mbps download at my location (about 3 miles from the tower - their words). Not sure if it was a distance thing or a setting thing. That said, we did try multiple receivers (both indoor and outdoor) and the staff was at least willing to try to resolve the issue and work with us. However, some of those I spoke with in support lacked basic understanding of Networks, communications and IP traffic.Over all they did try to make it work and that was appreciated.

The antenna was very easy to install. I had an issue with connection and the support was excellent. Only issue I had was understanding the technician heavy accent. I have hearing problems so it was partial my problem. I would highly recommend your service. The speed is great. I have had no issue during high peak times. It is great to have streaming TV without buffering.

The installation and quality of signal are wonderful. However, instead of taking my $150 payment at the time of installation, I was told to expect an invoice by email. The email did arrive that Monday evening at 6:53 p.m. (I had dinner and got on with my evening, so did not check my email that evening) On Tuesday morning the next day I got a telephone call asking for payment of said invoice. I sat down to my computer to pay the invoice @5:30 p.m., only to find another email charging me $15 as a late fee for overdue payment! I'm shocked to be charged a late fee within less than 24 hours from receiving the invoice!

Super easy set up, literally just plug it in. Only had it for a week, but so far it’s working well. I’ve had about 46-47 Mbps download speed where I’m at, so good enough for the 1-2 devices at a time we use to stream. We will see how it holds up over time.
