Lesson learned, always read your contract. Was in a bind to find a summer day care since all facilities were booked up. Their rep advertised no charge for non-use weeks, point blank since I had 50/50 custody. Billing cycle comes out and they said, pay half price credit for non-use weeks. They said it’s in the contract. Touché Southland Park, you win based on formality. Wouldn’t recommend this place, either way. Every time I picked up my kids, employees yelling at kids like they’re stupid, and communication was lacking. Don’t reply to any of the emails you get, apparently nobody checks them and when you reference your emails, they say you should have used the hotmail addresses. Pay for nanny, you’ll get more hospitable care for your kids, in a cleaner environment for the same price.
