Nothing fancy but clean. The bathroom sink was draining slowly but overall a good stop off for rest. They do need to be informed of service dog admittance and federal and state laws. Service dogs (not emotional support) are allowed without scrutiny. You do not have to provide paperwork even by law. Only 2 questions can be asked as to what services the service dog provides. The only time any paperwork has to be provided is when flying airlines and that is a Federal DOT form with info on the form. My service dog travels with me everywhere. And yes, there is a HUGE difference in a Serboce dog and an emotional support animal. Mine has over 700 hours of training. Thanks

I WAS KICKED OUT! I was there with my two babies . My child was running around in the room , the office called and said there was a complaint . After I got off the phone the man storms to my door mad and aggressive . I called the office and told them A mad man came to my room and I was uncomfortable . The lady apologized and said she would get him moved . She called back a few mins later and told me I had to be gone within a hour!!! Me and my two babies were put out we caused no harm to anyone . They were in the room playing and watching tv . I had to move everything out while being rushed and didn’t get any assistance . The lady was at my door while I was trying to get my stuff . These people are disrespectful I would never recommend to anyone ! I ask the girl in the office for corporates number and she didn’t want to give it to me . I asked for the manager she said he was out . They had people at the door and standing out watching me . I feel harassed and treated like trashed . Me and my kids !!!! I can’t check in to another hotel until 3 which is 5 hours away ! You never treat innocent kids that way and put them out because they are playing and the floors are thin to make the people under us hear them

This is a nice hotel. Location is pretty good. It's not far from shopping centers. It was quiet and the staff was really nice. Beds were a but firm for my preference but may be perfect for others.Rooms: Simply with the basics like any other hotel. Microwave and fridge in room.

My 2 cents:I read the reviews after initially checking in (disappointed )and found most of them to be true ( phone calls on speaker phone in the lobby, lack of attention and not very friendly and loud music in the parking lot last night) and could pick out the one with the bad reviews immediately.However, I feel it’s important to note that the disappointing one is not the only night shift desk clerk that works here.I am writing this review for Ms. Irelle, I’m sure I misspelled or missed completely because of the uniqueness of her name and time of night I am writing this so I do deeply apologize if I butchered it.So for the sake of this review, I will reference her as Ms. I , because that is for certain.She has been here since 2009 and is very informative and kind about offering her information about this location not only for policy reasons but for safety reasons as well. She has a great smile and excellent skill at anticipating needs as well as being attentive and friendly, even at 3 am.If you have the opportunity to meet this kind woman I think most would agree she deserves a raise and to be with her family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but I appreciate her being here on this Christmas Eve. She is the nicest desk clerk I have spoken with since I arrived 3 days ago with one more to go.Along side of Ms. I, I noticed a very on top of it woman (clean and attentive ) that may not have spoken much English but, kept a very clean breakfast station on December 23, 2023 at 8:30am as I was getting my morning coffee.I felt after being here a few days and working in property management for 3 years in Georgia ,it’s folks like Ms. I and the woman at breakfast yesterday that deserve positive recognition for their contribution of time, energy and care to this Inn.It seems to me the inn gives more hours to complaint ridden employees than good ones and would highly suggest the company look in to who I am referring to and reward them appropriately, because without folks like them I would not have much to say about this location that was nice, therefore I would not have said anything at all. Kindness can go a long way, especially in the hospitality industry and it should be stressed and respected accordingly.

It's been a lot better experience then some reviews showed, only downfall is small pillows and I haven't tried the breakfast which didn't look like much but other than that I think I'm on my 4th week now and would stay again and a walmart is super close so for that's a

Definitely love the location for one night! Customer service on arrival was okay! Front desk clerk was to engaging with her friends that I guess came to her job! Loud and noise! Over all the room was clean and decent! Up on checkout that night time clerk was sitting on the couch talking on the phone which she had her conversation on speakerphone! Very annoying ! Some conversation are meant not to be on speakerphone and you are at work! I always have told businesses that employees make and break a business! You have to get rid of bad apples!

The room stunk, up all night because of it, the breakfast area was terribly unkept, the water tasted like dirt, the orange juice was not orange juice was just orange colored water (also tasted like dirt) , and all of the garbage cans both inside and outside were overflowing with trash. The tables were sticky and dirty as well as the counters, no one replenished anything. Horrible service. ??♂️

Staff friendly. Maintenance is not good. Maintenance staff comes in at 6pm. I work 3am till 5pm. Come back to room at 5.45pm. Want to relax for next work day. Who wants a Maintenance staff in room to fix stuff after long day at work. Never heard of hotel that has part time Maintenance for a property. My company books rooms for 21 days at a time with at least 4 employees and we can't get service.Noteworthy details: N/A

Very comfortable, quiet stay. Sat in the hot tub when we got in. Had waffles in the am. Friendly courteous staff and clean room- comfy clean bed and plenty of towels. Ac works.

This was our usual choice of hotel for the oilfield services I work for, but not anymore. Every time we’ve stayed, parking lot was always full of vehicles and parking would be hard to find. However, recently there has been break-ins to personal vehicles and the hotel owners haven’t done anything to fix their security cameras. After these incidents, the parking lot has been a ghost town. They have lost oilfield business revenue.The Hispanic employee working the front desk was the only nice person. The other employees would sit on the lobby chair talking on their phones. When guest needed room keys, she would make sighing remarks. The oilfield company had 3 crews with 14 rooms booked occasionally. We no longer will be staying there after the recent break ins and rude employees.

We arrived with a group of 8, and a reservation for three rooms. The property was clean, staff was courteous and attentive, and our rooms were close together per our request! Warm were cookies available upon arrival. Amelia at the front desk was very helpful & amazing! We would recommend this property to others visiting Shreveport!

I would give this 4.5 stars if possible. I only give 5 stars if the TP is 2 Ply. I digress… the stay was amazing. Staff was so friendly, virtually the entire building was renovated. The room was spacious, modern, had a very large mini fridge, elegant bathroom. The complimentary toiletries were great, the soap didn’t dry my skin out like most hotel soaps, and the soap/shampoo smelled great. Plenty of clean and neatly organized towels. The bed was fairly firm and I personally would have preferred softer, but the sheets were clean. The white walls could use some touch up paint if you’re observant, but this is FAR from a ratty hotel. If I ever come through on i20 again, I will 100% stay here.

My wife and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and spacious and well lit, a table lamp on each side of the bed for reading! The bathroom was also large, with a very nice walk in shower. No curtain needed, as the wall wrapped around the stall, which was also well lit. The desk was large enough to use, with enough power outlets and charging ports. There were also charging ports next to the bed, power everywhere! The wifi worked well and the breakfast was about typical for a motel.
