Started out nice and dandy... I bought a stove and a refrigerator. The refrigerator did not work. And after I returned it guy got pissed off and asked me to never come back... Why would I. Very rude ? I found a brand new refrigerator at Home Depot for less. Go figure.

I've purchased a multitude of appliances for rental properties as well as for my personal home from Skent and Dent. In the very rare occasion one of the appliances malfunctions, Skent and Dent's service department is second to none, they are top notch. Oh and you don't have ever hunt down someone to help you in the store. Can't say either of these about Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy Etc. Saving money AND high quality service. I highly recommend Skent and Dent!

Place is a rip off! They charge high end prices for used appliances! Yes USED! It’s scratched n dented because it’s used! I opened a fridge on the sales floor n it had old food in it!

I was very happy about my purchase on my Amana stove until I throughly reviewed my invoice and discovered I was charged a 100 more than the marked price. I was charged 597 and the stove is at Home Depot for 598. I contact JT the manager who then told me that he would have to speak with the sales lady Bea that completed the paperwork and corporate. I'm really upset about this because my paperwork had to be redone 3x do to incorrect price was submitted should have been the 1st red flag, then my daughters dryer cord was the wrong one and they argued with her about that when she took it back and told her I had her plug but mines was 4 prong hers was 3. Plus they loaded the wrong fridge and my daughter just happen to notice the paperwork with my name on it still taped to the fridge. Very disappointed in this company.Fred I completely understand I can return my stove but I stand on the price posted on the stove was 497.00 that Bea, me and my daughter saw. And the same washer was at Home Depot for and the paperwork was done 3x after the stove was added. My daughter was the one that bought to Bea's attention that the wrong fridge was loaded because the one she purchased was still on sales floor with name on it. So yes I still stand on the stove was a different price than what I was actually charged. But God will fix this

Found a Maytag washer for my mother. It was the size she wanted at half the price she expected & there wasn't any noticeable damage at all. It was quick & easy. I will always refer them before a big box store.

The prices are too expensive here to be called a discount store. The staff was nice though. They seemed knowledgeable and they were very friendly.

Poor customer service and had my dryer and washer for almost 2 months and still doesn't work and they broke my gas line it's just a hot mess with them never again will I spend almost 4,000 dollars with them!!!!
