Took my jeep to get 2 batteries put in it and my car still does not work properly. I have been back 3 times to get it fixed.

I have bought a few vehicles from Herbert's town and country in shreveport. David reevis was our sales person and is amazing. However I took my vehicle here to get it fixed and spey $2000 on alternator which is extremely high in my opinion but we got it done. We were coming off the off ramp after they fixed it hit a bump and all of the gages went blank my wife took the vehicle back to them and what the service manager told us was its not our problem maybe go hit another bump and it will fix the issue. I immediately called back to talk to the general manager whose name is Bo Hebert, expressed my frustration with everything and have not heard back from Mr. Hebert. I have never been so insulted in my business dealings ever.... I still get calls from here about getting new vehicles and asking me to give them a good review but I will never do that or buy a new vehicle from here again. You have lost a good customer for life. Well done Town and Country Shreveport. #willnotreccomend

I purchased a Ram 1500 in March of 2023, upon purchase the dealership was supposed to send for my car to be titled, taxed, and registered in Ohio. Well, after over three months the dealership still has not titled my truck in Ohio. I called the dealership for the first time after the purchase of my truck around 4 May, as my 30 day tag had expired and I required another tag. The title specialist, Bridgett, would not answer her phone, nor would she return my call after leaving several voicemails. After calling numerous times throughout the process, I finally was able to get ahold of a manager, Jason. Jason was not very helpful and led me to believe the hold up with my license plates and registration was they couldn't transfer the tag from my last truck to my new truck since it was in a fire. He the stated they were going to send away for a new tag. Later that day after speaking with Jason, He called me and told me that they could transfer the plates they just needed a picture of my 2023 registration, which I sent. at that point, Jason cut off all communication, despite me not having a new temp tag. I had to call numerous times before I reached the GM of the store, Mr. Tony Dingler. At this point, Tony was a little helpful and was able to get me a new 60-day tag. That all ended when that 60-day tag was expired. After calling day after day, hour after hour, leaving numerous voicemails for managers, the title specialist, and Mr. Dingler, my phone calls went unanswered. I went to the Ohio DMV and my vehicle hasn't even been titled. You cannot get plates and registration until that is complete. The company has no clue when my vehicle will be titled which also prevents me from getting plates in person. When I have asked to speak to the owner the front desk states he is never available or in a meeting. In addition, when I called my lien holder they don't have my title either, when we tried to call together, USAA and myself, both got the run around by staff who would not connect us to anyone with information.

do not buy from these people they have had my brothers truck for 5 months. gave him hell to get a rental from them then didnt even want to give their own truck a oil change on top of all that his truck was hit in park! nobody informed him of that. they probably didnt even know it. they dont update him on his truck. very poor service. and hospitality!!!

Hebert’s is my top dealership. Chuck the service manager is so quick to figure out the issues you’re having with your car and fix it. He ensures safety, care and an understanding of exactly what is happening. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and on top of their stuff. I can’t thank Chuck enough for all he’s done for my family and I!

Took my Ram truck for oil change and tire rotation. Justin was very professional, friendly and as I was in the waiting area, heard him being very patient and courteous on the phone. Service was fast. Very satisfied.

We had an engine problem while traveling cross country. As busy as they were, Herbert's was so helpful. The staff was pleasant making a bad situation better. Timely advice meant a world of difference to us.

First, I would like to said that Justin has wonderful customer service skills. Each encounter he always help and smiling. Now, my concerns is that I have returned my Jeep Renegade to the body shop area severly time to find out what is wrong with this vehicle 9mos after i drove it off the lot this jeep stop on me in the middle of youree dr. This car is still stopping on me and low oil pressure light comes on at 3000 miles when it is stated to have the oil change every 5000 miles . The motor had a recall to check why that is going on and i was told that they didn't see anything wrong. That's cant be true. I feel that No One Is really checking out my car.
