Went in store to get ilia was completely amazed how much Hannah knew. She knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. Had a hard time in Ulta and felt completely demoralized in there and decided to try here. Being a bigger lady who’s never felt pretty is hard but I did today. Thank you Hannah. Love this store and the people!

TERRIBLE customer service! I went in looking for a fragrance as three associates stood at the counter talking about "old school" makeup artists. I wasn't the only customer in the store looking for items but not one associate came from behind the counter to ask any of us to assist. One talked, the another leaned on the counter listening as the other quenched her thirst....ignoring us all!

I was always thinking that Sephora was just a store that was off limits for someone like me- I'm not an expert by any means and I have more of a clearance budget than a full price one. But , I really want to start doing more with my makeup and I have found that most drug store products really agitated my sensitive dry texture. Gwapo saw me struggling with picking out a foundation and he offered to help me. He put the Haus Lab foundation on my face and it was the first time in a while that I didn't break out and my skin actually stayed smooth. It wore absolutely amazing and I didn't have to set it. I had a little transfer on my sunglasses but that was hours later. Today I did a full face with it and I still love it. Thanks Gwapo for helping me I will definitely be back to purchase it. Pay no attention to my hair. Lol.

They are always out of products. Every time I go the makeup removing bottles are empty. Theres never enough employees and never offered help. It definitely needs better management to make sure they are restocking things that need to be done.

Britney was great however, the nine-year-olds have definitely came in and tore up the store. I had a gift card and Kohl’s they would not let me use it at the Kohl’s counter because they closed the Sephora register

peopl are saying there always out of everything but don’t understand how popular the items are and they simply are just impatient and can’t wait for them to get in stock again. This isn’t ULTA with cheap products. Great service at this place.
