“I’m not sure if the entrance gate works. I’ve been there twice and both times I never saw the gate close, also the key pad you enter your code seems broke. Finding my storage locker was pretty easy. I’m in the back didn’t really see any cameras back there but I did see a couple on the front storages. They need more cameras in the back. Other than that the whole process of renting one was very convenient, did everything online.”

“Every customer service representative(3) I encountered was courteous, respectful, and professional. Not only with myself but I witnessed them be the exact same with other customers. After a BAD experience at the HOLLYWOOD location, the Lake Street location most definitely made up for it!
My opinion: money is always a factor so it's understood if you have to go to the Hollywood location but my advice would be to bypass and take your business to the lake st location. At the very least you'll feel better about where you spent your money.”
“Very clean facility and exceptionally secure. The environment feels safe not sketchy like a lot of storage unit places around here. The units are located inside with some air conditioning they are pull down shop doors. You can access your belongings within very reasonable timeframes through out the day! It is gate accessed by code! The service at this place was beyond exceptional! It’s been a very long time since I’ve received friendly, courteous, and respectable service! She was the sweetest woman and very informative. She answered all the questions I had and didn’t get frustrated at any point in time when explaining herself. She was happy to help us and my daughter and I were very happy with the whole experience! They also offer a 50$ referral program and I was offered a unit at a discounted rate for my first month, which actually came in such handy and was such a blessing. Overall 10/10! Definitely Recommend”
