The tire center employees working here are the biggest assholes you have ever seen. Especially the ones working at 2:45 pm on April 8th, 2023. I walked in to ask if they could repair a tire on my truck and they act like they can't understand English. This lasted about 10 minutes and I finally gave up and walked out.

Pet peeve is them digging through my food last time the girl poked her finger through a package of meat I got all the way home 1 hour before I saw a hole in my meat !!! I called they where like oh just bring it back ...I am 50 miles away via back roads that's not going to work !!! Don't touch my food !!! I repeat do not touch my food ask me to move things !!! I ordered an add on membership online. The card never came. I contacted customer service through the chat and after a couple of times explaining that it wasn't a renewal but an add on membership, she told me that the cards are no longer mailed because they don't trust the post office. She gave me a number to call for a "membership specialist" to see about extending my membership for the 2 months I've been waiting for this card. "Membership specialist" said she couldn't help me and that I would have to go in to the local store to see if they would extend my membership. I stated that I can get bad service anywhere, I don't need Sam's for that. THEN she volunteered to contact the local store and see what they could do. (Why it is the "local" store's prerogatives on a national membership...I don't know). Anyway, she said hold on, I'll be right back. Then she transferred me into a black hole where the phone rang and rang and rang, and finally hung up. Great job Sam's

Caveat emptor! I used to recommend to everyone I know that they should buy a Sam's Club membership for tire purchases. I bought my last 3 sets of tires from them. The prices are great! But oh boy, the service has gone downhill. It took me three separate visits on three different days to finally convince the tire dept to balance and rotate my tires. Despite being well over the manufacturer's recommended mileage for a rotation, and despite specifically reporting that I was having a vibration issue, they just flat out refused to do the work. By that third visit, I had put over 10,000 miles on the tires, and there was over a 2/32" difference in tread depth between the front and rear. Somehow just 72 hours prior, they didn't notice this despite measuring the tread. But whatever. When I entered the store, I had 34 psi in 3 of my tires and 30 psi in the 4th. I verified this the night before, as well as literally right before driving to the store. The low tire had a slow leak, so I asked to have that repaired as well. When I left the store, they had DEFLATED the 3 good tires to BELOW the vehicle's recommended pressure, and they had INFLATED the patched tire a good 5 psi ABOVE the recommended pressure (and failed to put the cap back on). So I asked them to fix it. The first thing they did was tell me "I didn't put any air in. It has whatever it came in with." So wait. You removed the tire from the wheel, patched it, remounted the tire, put it back on the car, and didn't put any air in it? Right... Their fix was to set all four tires to well above the recommended pressure, despite me standing right there telling them exactly what it should be. They said my gauge must be wrong. So I went and bought a second gauge, and it matched the first. So I used my phone to read the TPMS sensors, and they matched too. And the car had all the telltale signs of poor handling and ride quality due to overinflation. But it must be my gauge... At least the vibration is mostly gone. It has moved to only one part of the car, where one of the wheels now has two wheel weights approximately 180 degrees apart. That screams "I don't know how to balance a tire properly" or "I'm in too much of a hurry to do my job properly." One of the tires now also has a huge gash in the sidewall that looks like it would line up with the tire machine. Another has a smaller cut in the exact same position. I don't have before photos to prove that this happened at the store. But I would like to think that I would have noticed it either of the times I checked the pressures just before arriving. Oh, and last time they touched my car, I took it immediately to another shop for an alignment, and they told me that they had to replace multiple wheel studs due to over-torquing. The only other person who has touched the lug nuts is me, and I personally use a torque wrench every time.

It's not a bad place, but they allow animals that are not service dogs in the building and around food. I saw two of the mangiest dogs in shopping carts. All I could think of is the next person will not have any idea that a dog was just sitting where they place their fresh bread.I found this quite unsanitary.

How are there so many people still using checkout with an amazing scan and pay app? It changes the whole shopping dynamic. Love it easy to use. This store is always clean and folks are friendly!

We had a membership for years when they were located 2 miles from us. Then they move to the other side of town where we never ever go to so we dropped our membership. If they ever come back to SW Shreveport we will take another look at them, but not at the increased membership fee. The building where they were located on Jewella is still vacant!

I am so disappointed in the staff at this location. First, I would like to say that there is no signage anywhere, stating that you can only have 20 items or less at self check out register. Now, my finance has been a plus member for 22+ years and she shops with Sam's club literally every day for supplies. She has a bad knee and is barely walking around, but still does for the sake of our business. When we go to Bossier Sam's club, everyone is nice and never tells us that we can't be in self checkout with more than 20 items. For some reason, Shreveport Sam's always has someone being rude about it being over 20 items and says to move to a cashier register and it is never more than 30 items if that. When there is a long line of customers waiting for a cashier and 3 to 4 open self checkout clear and opened, we should be able to use one of those because we are quick with scanning, no matter how many items, and we can get it paid for and get out of there quickly, not holding up any line whatsoever. She should not be told she can not shop there anymore if she doesn't follow the rules when there is clearly no rules posted anywhere stating this "policy". We will more than likely not ever return to this location, just because it is rude and how dare you speak to a customer who is spending money every day of the week. She drops anywhere from $100 to $300 or even $400 every single day and y'all treat her this way. We will continue to shop with Bossier location where we are treated like the plus members should be treated.

Every time I walk into Sam's they ask me for my card but do not ask everyone for their card. They need to ask everyone for their card or not ask at all. I can't check out unless I have my card so don't ask!!! The greeters need to be consistent. I won't be coming back to this one. I'll be going to the Bossier one.
