The mattresses are hard as a rock.We get food that's weeks old.The mattresses have blood stains and pee stains. They get money from the government, the VA,donations and people living there.I have to go without eating at work. They can take the leftovers to another place.

Senior citizens should not be put out the shelter whom are already verified recipients of benefit check during work day. They have already earned their contributions in the work force. Policy not completely acceptable. Employees should be reprimanded for not being able to make decisions of creditable sense!!! A 75-year-old was put out the shelter with no transportation in sweltering heat. Employees are refusing to distribute donations of goods donated by top sponsor as requested.

Even though my family still go in and shop here(bc it's close to our home) the prices are high, hours of operation were cut way back and product that is donated seems to not make it to the floor as often.
